Repeated times of not having access to building when we saw others enter without problems. This was reported to the staff at least four times in the two days that we were there. I even thought it could have been the reader, but the stafff said it was not.

What didn't I like? Breakfast - bland, repetitive. Staff - indifferent, uninviting. Many inconveniences like the door card/keys not working. elevator out of order. Among other things.

Had to get new keys every day of a 6 day stay. Would not stay programed. Construction workers laying carpet opened my door with permission and left it open. Literally. Rm# 313 from 4/13 to 4/19 was my stay. I was supposed to be contacted by the manager and that never happened. Put yourself in my place.

Poor repair of building. Room keys didn't work. Elevator was down. We carried suitcases down from 3rd floor.2 ladies had dogs in hotel.

Booking dot.com lied about the price and paid almost $200 hundred dollars a night for a crimie rood at remade in the elevator was not working my sister has knee surgery and had to climb the steps. When we checked in the room house keeping was on the floor and I asked if I could get something to clean the toilet cause it smelled like urine so he can in and cleaned it then he had to come back in and unstop the toilet. When coming down to eat it smelled like sewer in the breakfast room it smelled the same. Another lady was in there and she said she's been asking for days about the smell.it was by far not a $200 room. But we didn't have a choice because everything was taken because of the car show.bit I will remember the next time and I will pass this on to others

Remodel was ok but had everything lay out in the hall way came back one day room was left wide open anyone could have walked in our room and helped them self to my stuff kids running up and down hallway till 200 am been staying there the last 8 years will not be back

They were replacing carpet which made it difficult to get around on our floor. Pool room needs serious TLC. Fitness room was closed out entire stay

Pool was cold. Housekeeping trash are cups we bought that was on the deck. Need better breakfast. Had to get another fridge in the room because would not get cold and I had med to keep cold.

There was a hard smell in room, Room looks dirty even though they are not. Limited options for breakfast. Elevator was down during my 2 days stay. There was no closet in the room for keeping your clothes.

The room was very dated, had an odor, and there was hair stuck to the shower wall from previous guests. The pool was cloudy and also smelled terrible. And the fitness room was an actual bedroom that they put 3 pieces of equipment in.

The hotel needs a lot of update. The inside pool area needs some kind of ventilation it was very hot and muggy in there as I was allowing my kids to swim. The hotel is older as I know that, but it is really in need of some major updates.

Doing remodeling no elevator, lot of noise before 7am and after 10pm. Workers blocking the hallway and doors. Doors being propped open late at night at the back and side of building. Did not get the message of remodeling and no elevator till 2 hours before check in. Breakfast was nothing special. Had a light above the head board would not turn off. Had to have staff climb behind the bed to unplug it.
