The toilet is set too low. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned before entry.

The Breakfast was great. The front desk customer care was very pleasant.

We were double charged day 2 of our stay. When we checked in .. we fully paid . We were told we would not be double charged. They lost our card information. But yet we paid. They still demanded our card info. Or we needed to call booking. Com. To get out of the second night stay.. the next morning our card was charged again. . Going to the desk that morning different people. The manager was called to straighten it out. Just not sure I would stay here ever again. Our room smelled bad. We sprayed perfume to help.

Breakfast was pretty bad. Bad place to get into traffic having to go right and make a u turn very dangerous! Lights in room were all on one switch. Beds were very firm🥴

Hotel needs to be updated.. Only one elevator which was very dirty. The first room they attempted to put us in had a strong stale mildew smell and all the furniture was scuffed and the bathtub stained. The second room was better just not good enough for the high rating on this site.

The room felt wet constantly. We would wake up next morning and all of our clothes were damp. Didn’t make a great nights sleep. The carpets were dingy and damp. Bathrooms needed cleaned better.

A no care attitude when I told them I was having problems with Asthma … I’m sure there was another room to be moved to - how inconsiderate

The one request made was to keep us away from the pool … and the opposite was done - we were close and the smell of the chlorine beings on asthma … I called to see if we could change our room to a king and they did change but it was close to the pool so I ask to change and they moved us few doors down .. we found what appeared to look like blood on the bed covers .. so we asked to be moved again - they didn’t have anything (so they said) so they we reverted back to the first room - I’m very disappointed in this hotel and would like to request a refund … we’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have never had this problem - will not ever be staying again … if this request could be considered this would be good ..

We were placed in a room at the very end of a hall beside a utility room. There was noise all night. I specifically asked the clerk to please give us a nice room. He seemed peeved that we were able to get a better price than he had offered.

Beds on firm side. AC somewhat annoying as it kicks on every 15 minutes through the night. Breakfast very basic. Would suggest the following items be added: granola, raisins, breakfast/protein bars, onion& peppers, tortillas, bacon and grated cheese. I was pleased to see the menu did vary daily which is a plus when you are on an extended stay.

Only two things come to mind. The cleanliness is outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I give kudos to Sammy the ONLY employee that was pleasant with a personality, all others should go back to training and learn how to make a customer feel valued.

We had a couple of problems with our room, the commode was clogged later that evening, and would not flush without overflowing. When we called the front desk for assistance possibly either send someone with a plunger or a maintenance man we were told they couldn’t find a plunger, the poor front desk clerk was by herself, the other person didn’t show up for work. We were unable to use the commode until the next morning around 9 am. We were told there was nothing else that could be done until the next day. We made multiple trips down the hall to the public restroom throughout the night and early morning hours. When a maintenance man showed up with a plunger Sunday morning, it took him less than 5 minutes to fix it. Unfortunately, he complained in Spanish while he worked, please remind your staff many people are bilingual now. We did not appreciate being told we were idiots,(among other names), and did not know how to use a commode. He was not aware we could understand him. Also, one member of our group had recently suffered a back injury and was unable to use the restroom without assistance. The commode seems to be installed quite low and is very difficult for someone with back pain to use.

Both the location and your breakfast are good. We love the rocking chairs out front. We didn’t have a chance to try out the pool but it looked nice also.

Floors in our room were filthy. Carpet needed shampooed. Bathroom door closed And my granddaughter got stuck In the room. Black Mold in the bathroom shower floor. Pool area Needs to be vented. Bathroom need a vent. There was blood on our bathroom wall. Front service staff was very nice. Rooms could use updating and a deep cleaning.

Breakfast was good. Staff was kind and helpful.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work in room201 this was reported daily for 4 days was told it was because it was an apple phone but it worked in the hallway outside of room had several family members with different types of phones try it and still didn’t work no one ever came to room to check even after asking them other guests in ends had same issue breakfast was not good just some basic item, several electrical socket were out

I paid in cash for 3 rooms and they made me pay an additional $300 cash they held- because I paid in full in cash and was told they do not accept cash. This shorted me $300 spending money during our weekend.

The customer service was not good at all I called twice and let them know it was going to be my mother in law and her husband I gave them there name and everything he said he was writing it down and it would be all right then they get there it was the third degree then told them they had to give them a 100 dollar deposit they could of told me that and I would of gave that they are on a fixed income and it took away from what they could of done they had my number all my information just was not please it was her mother's day present and then when the cleaning lady acted like they were going to take the towels said they usually do it every 3 days really never had that happen to me

Was told that they would only be entering our room to empty the trash only. If we needed clean towels we had to ask. Tissue box was empty upon entering the room.

Sausage seemed under cooked. Door on the far side of the hotel was broke. Anybody could have walked into the Hotel at night. The refrigerator in room 213 froze everything and we could not adjust the temperature. I give the staff a 15 out of 10. Yes, they were great!!!!! Kudos to Sam and Alice!!!!!!

The breakfast was good but if the staff had better equipment to cook with, it could have been better.

Room wasn’t cleaned. Semen was on the bedding. No housekeeping available to clean room. I requested a handicap room for my husband through Booking.com but wasn’t accommodated nor was offered to switch rooms. Overall a bad experience. First option was to pack up and leave within 20 minutes and second option is housekeeping would clean room on May 29th, day of leaving. Both options weren’t acceptable for the situation. Extremely poor standards of cleaning their facilities . I wouldn’t stay there again.
