The hotel needs some updating/thorough cleaning. Carpets are worn. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Pool water had a film on it (we went once for 5 minutes and then headed back to the room to shower). Also hotel put a hold on my card after when I was budgeting for this trip I'd been told there would be no hold/charge in addition to the full payment... But there was. The refund still hasn't processed to my account and it's caused an issue.

The staff! If it weren't for such an amazing, friendly, and helpful staff I might have rated a bit lower. The front desk staff especially go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Everyone we interacted with was fun and upbeat... It was a joy to chat with them each day! Free coffee 24/7!! Typical free breakfast including hot items. Clean lobby/dining area. Very comfortable beds. Love the little shop with essentials and goodies. Walking distance to the local goat, Dunkin donuts, and a few main attractions.

The bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on in my life. It was like sleeping on boards. They definitely need new bedding. I left after the the 3rd night because of the bed being so uncomfortable. I would not stay with them again. Also the excerise room was closed , for what reason I don't know.

The breakfast was OK, the staff was great! They didn't make our beds, nor change the sheets while there. I turned in towels when I seen the house keeping cart in the hall and she replaced what I turned in.

When we arrived there was a wash cloth hanging in the shower with hair all over it and there was blood on the toilet. Luckily we had sanitizing wipes. We went for a day at Dollywood and got back our room the trash had not been cleaned up and our dirty towles where still in the floor and we didn't have clean ones. We called to get cleans one's not sure if we'll get them.

It was close to everything. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good.

we didn’t get to check in until a hour after we were suppose to, all the employees had bad customer service & they put way to much chlorine in their pool it made me sick.

We booked a king suite and asked to have a room that was updated and was told by DJ that he would make it happen, upon arrival we found out that we would not be in the room we had expected. We checked the room out and found that it was extremely outdated, stains on the chairs and not clean enough for us to except. We asked them to fix that and received attitude from a manager that was there (not sure of her name). She was not very helpful!! So we decided to not take it and go somewhere else. We were refunded by Jenn (another manager) took care of that for us. If you pay for something then you should get it period. They said they did not have any for us but how is that when it was already booked?!? Will never stay there, that’s for sure!!

It's unfortunate because I think the staff tried, and I was very appreciative of their friendliness, but we had a number of little things go wrong, and one pretty big thing. The key card continuously would not work so I had to go back down to the desk and have them give me a new one. The elevators were slow, the toilet flushed slow, the bathroom tub was a little dirty, the place was a bit outdated, the pool looked really green, the pictures on the wall were crooked, things were just a little rinky dink, when we checked in the man looked at a computer screen for 5 minutes and then handed me a piece of paper and still had not said one word to me, but everyone else behind the counter the rest of the week for the 5 days we stayed were very friendly! But the main issue was that our air conditioner simply did not work well. Day one there was warm air coming out, day two the maintenance man fixed it and it got really cold but by day 4 it went back to being warm air coming out, and the maintenance crew was already gone for the day. They offered to put us in a new room but it was already really late so we sort of fought it out the last night. Not having the air conditioner be all the way right was what really makes this rating low... other than that it wasn't the worst, it's just you can't have a bad air conditioner in a room! It's a disaster in the middle of the summer. I hate to give it such a low rating because the staff did try to put us in another room but it would have been pretty inconvenient to move all of our stuff I just feel like it was a snowball situation little things kind of piled up on us.

The location was good for all the main attractions in Pigeon Forge, the staff ended up being pretty friendly considering all the little issues we had, the beds were comfortable, the maintenance man was very friendly when he tried to fix our air conditioner, the breakfast was average at best, but it wasn't too bad.

Last night of the stay was very disruptive, awakened by a loud group at midnight. Pool needed attention.

The whole experience. Lied to multiple times. Air conditioning frozen till last day and finally replace last day. Even though we complained all week. Indoor pool was only 2 degrees less than Hot tub. Pool room was 102 degrees. We called health department they failed miserably.

We usually love everything about our stay but this time our room stayed so damp . We couldn't hardly sleep, the sheets was very damp, the floor was wet. We were Miserable. We complained to the person at the desk and she told us to turn the air condition down. We did but that didn't help

I understand having a heated pool in the winter but when it's summer and 100 degrees outside people want cool water. When I went to the front office the girl told me they was working on it but in fact the temperature in that room is always miserable.

fitness center was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions, yet the pool was still open—most of the time. At breakfast there were dozens of people sitting in tables only a few feet apart—probably less than six. And dozens of people shuffled through the breakfast line within 2 feet of each other. No discernible Covid-19 restrictions there so the closed fitness center was a double standard. Fitness is a large part of my life as well as many other guests, and I take it with me on vacation. So this room being closed the whole duration of my five day vacation was disappointing. Also, the pool was closed for about a day and a half while they serviced it which greatly disappointed my son.

The breakfast was wonderful, many options, and staff was friendly/helpful.

The pool size and the breakfast

The beds were very comfy and the room was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. The pool is very small so it was hard to enjoy with so many people/children, so that was disappointing. Breakfast was okay but not the best.

Elevator was pretty dirty, it was hard talking to maid service. They spoke a language I was not familiar with. Breakfast was about the same option every morning.

Toilets were so low to the ground we had to get a riser!!!!! We had 1 tiny garbage can for all our garbage. When we asked for a larger can all they could give us were some extra garbage bags (the kind that don’t hold anything).
