The electrical outlets need to be rewired. Hair dryer and cell phone cord would come unplugged.

Bed is hard t o get in. Its too high up. And chairs made for average size person and when your a little heavy person. Chairs arent comfortable. Seat needs to be a little wider

The wifi didnt work very good, and the signal was very weak. It worked in the hallway but not our room. This was an inconvenience because 1 day we weren't feeling well and decided to stay mostly in the room, we couldn't use the wifi, our cell service was spotty in the area, and cable TV just isn't good.

Super friendly staff! Clean, could use a little updating, but just fine how it is. I love they still have bathtubs in rooms, I hope they don't go with the trend of having showers only. Air conditioner was amazing.

The only thing I didn't like about it was that they don't turn down your room every single day. They will do it on request. I saw a sign saying they don't replace the towels except every few days unless you request. I left some of our towels on the floor outside the door the first night and they still brought in fresh towels and soap even though I didn't ask for them which was nice. I was surprised they didn't come in and collect all the trash and make the bed but there are trash cans everywhere and they have extra trash bags if you need them so that you can take your trash out each day.

The staff was friendly and hospitable. My son spilled sprite on the bed and the front desk sent up someone with all fresh linens right away even though it was later in the evening The breakfast is insane! In the description of the hotel online it says a grab and grow breakfast but there was a full breakfast there with pancakes, waffles, eggs, cereal, everything you can think of. It was set up so nice because when we had to get up early to go to theme parks and events I was able to put a plate together and take it up to my son to get a move in. The staff is really what makes this place. I didn't ask for it but they were very kind and generous with high quality toiletry items. I was impressed with that. The pool room is extremely warm and comfortable. There is a sauna but I didn't get to try that. I really enjoyed the pool and it stays open late. They have a workout room but it's out of commission right now. I'm a runner and I was looking into that to see if I could go for a run. It's far enough away from all the tourist attractions to where you have nice parking and privacy but it's still close to everything to where you don't have to drive that far. We will be staying here again the next time we come to town. Wait until you try the pillows!
