We had bed bugs and ants in our room when we told the staff they came up and looked at it and said that there was nothing that they could do but bring us some bug spray or we could leave the hotel and go find somewhere else to stay also the breakfast that they're talking about you get some cereal and a muffin that's it

The musty smell of the pillows and the fact there wasn't a fan in the shower. The air conditioning wasn't working so an maintenance employee had to come fix it.

My husband, my daughter, and I booked a two night stay here and only stayed one. Once we got into our room we realized it looked nothing like the pictures we’d seen on the website. The smell of mold was horrible. At 3 in the morning we were woken up to bed bugs biting my husbands face and my daughters legs.We were not accommodated properly AT ALL. We were moved into another bug infested room we stayed up from 3 a.m until 8 when we checked out. At least they were kind enough to give us a dollar to dry our clothes in the laundry facilities. Even though we only stayed barely one night due to THEM having bed bugs, they refused to give me a refund for the night we didn’t stay

The room was old. It was a handicap room (no need for us) so it had linoleum floors which were nice, but that was it. The bed was as hard as a rock. Tiny flat pillows. None of the furniture matched. There was a large place on bathroom counter top where something was placed and it ate the finish off. The room was very dark. Had 3 small lamps but no actual overhead lighting. There was light in the bathroom and minimal over the sink.

Front entry was clean and nicely decorated. Outside was clean.

There was only two things. We would have liked a balcony and did not like they put a $80 hold on our card on top of the price of the room. But the money did get credited the next day.

The pool needed to be serviced better it has a frog living in one of the vents and the mini fridge didn't work but we brought a cooler so we didn't mind

Run down. Dirty carpets. In this day and age, I do not know why hotels don't have laminate flooring. Had to have the key reprogrammed every single time I entered, even when keeping away from phones, etc. Poor lighting and table lights switches were broken. The door was scratched like crazy. They hold an $80.00 deposit plus room costs on credit cards. Tacky paper signs everywhere with different rules, it looks ridiculous. Breakfast was vending machine-type breakfast snacks.

It was inexpensive. The staff was very nice. The staffis the only thing saving the hotel. Surprisingly comfortable pillows.
