Our ac didn't work the first night, we told the front desk twice and had someone look at it, but it wasn't until the next day it started getting cold. Our shower heads were coming out of the wall.

It was close to stuff in town, great location. The people at the front desk were very nice.

When we first got there put us in a room with only a box frame and a small pick of foam mattress. We complained and they move us to another room with a mattress. The sink faucet end keep blowing off and sprayed water everywhere also it drip all the time. Floor were dirty my white sock were black on the bottom. Bathroom door knob was loose didn’t complain

It was Dirty, had roaches, staff was rude, AC in room didn’t blow out cold air and it leaked in our floor, refrigerator did not work, they only give you 2 towels per room and when they are dirty you have to wait on them to wash/dry them and bring them back, holes in wall, messy paint job. All in all it is a shit hole and should be shut down!!

This hotel is priced low for a reason. The facilities are heavily dated, the hotel halls and rooms have a smell, and the cleanliness of the establishment was way below expectations. The pool was nice until, multiple globs of hair were floating in the water. The staff was quite short and rude with its visitors, but fulfilled request eventually.

The location was in close proximity of attractions and the main street. Despite heavy traffic, within reasonable time we reached all of our destinations.

The fact that my room was not cleaned before or during my stay there was garbage under the bed and they never sweep the floor or cleaned the tub or the toilet we never had any soap.

all the plugins and lamps didnt work. The furniture was all banged up. There was Nats in the room. The microwave and fridge was old and dirty.

Most of the staff was friendly and the room was reasonably priced. Convenient location.

As soon as my Fiancée and I walked into what was supposed to be a non smoking room there were 2 used cigarettes sitting on the counter by the sink. When shown to the staff they expressed no concern to my fiancée having asthma and not able to sleep in such a room and assured us that all of their rooms were “non smoking” even though there were cigarettes visibly on the counter. The receptionist told us the cigarettes were from a staff member who was supposed to be fixing a broken rod in the room although he “didn’t smoke in the room he smoked them outside.” She expressed no concern or empathy for our situation. We requested a new room but the hotel had no vacancies. We then requested a refund or credit towards another hotel due to my fiancées medical concerns and the hotel staff denied. Due to not getting a refund we had no choice but to stay at the hotel.

They didn’t have many options for breakfast. They only offered 2 choices of cereal and 3 options for breakfast muffins/bars.

Wanted $250 extra for my service dog. She is fully trained and serviced. With all paperwork and forms. And I have stayed there several times. This is illegal. The the racism I felt from the clerk was awful. I’ve never been talked to like this.

Cigarette butt and tobacco in coffee dispenser. Fruit flies in room and bug found in sealed coffee packet in room. Rooms do not get cooled off. The owner is constantly cooking personal food and smoking up the hallways and personal room. Terrible experience. Money back requested. Health inspector was called. NASTY PLACE.

The pool paint was peeling and needed shade. The breakfast needs serious work. Cereal and muffins is not considered breakfast to a majority of people when told the hotel serves breakfast!

Well I cloud said that the TVs at least it would be better if tgey can have smart TVs at least we can use our phones to connect with the TV in watch our preferences programs.

I fully recommend this place to stay, rooms are very clean and organized the staff are very respectful, great Back yard pool and not mention the location where everything is close.
