The staff may be doing all they can with what they have but the facilities are in terrible condition: paint peeling from the ceiling, tub that cannot be cleaned, burned out lights in hallway, construction materials in hallway.

Pulling up, the building looked abandonned, and I'm fairly sure not all the rooms are habitable. The staff preson was clearly overwhelmed, and she kept telling us how the owners will not give her the budget to replace items. We paid a deposit because so many people steal things, which I was okay with the deposit but also was made to feel unsafe. Walking down the hall to our room, I felt like I was in a scary movie. Also, the arrival time from booking.com was not the booking time for the hotel, and she wanted us to pay $10 even though our room was ready.

The room was very inexpensive, and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The beds were confortable enough, and the room itself was better than the intial reaction of the building and its interior. You can walk to McDonalds right next store if you need a snack.

When we got into room no tv remote, no glasses to drink out of . no tv because they had lost the contact with the online. I have trouble walking and doing stairs no room on main floor so had to go up very steep stairs. Since the online wasn't working so they asked we come back later fo finalize bill. My husband went down and they still had no connection. We finally went to bed without closing out bill.

It's notnthenworst place to stay. It's relatively cheep, but in all reality they need some serious spring cleaning. Carpets felt like the haven't been cleaned in a long time, stains, sticky, etc (I'd recommend sandels for the room or anywhere else on the property). A/C units are clogged with dust and they even say "clean filter". Bathrooms are full of stains and need some love and care. It might be too much for current staff to tackle alone, but they should invest in a spring clean service to get things up to par. Wifi didn't extend very far into building. Half way down the 2nd floor and no device could connect to weak signal.

Parking was good, bedding was old but clean, AC worked but had a smell from very dirty filter. Hot water.

About as run down as it gets, spend some money and update everything. If your target audience is cheap companies to put up their crews at, you succeeded. Had to talk my kid into staying.

They changed the sheets when it was obvious the maid did not [body hair, finger or toe nail clipping on the sheets] just remade the bed.

The front desk area is not especially inviting. The room was okay, it had not been vacuumed or throughly picked up from previous guests (stuff in the couch cushions and beside and behind the couch). No tissue in the dispenser, no shower curtain, wash clothes had holes or were stained. Old unused machines seemed to just be pushed aside and replaced with another. Reception on the tv was very poor, the show kept stopping and starting. Breakfast was sad, bread and butter and jelly but no knife, cereal but no milk. And no place to eat. We could have dealt with all without comment, but the price reflected a much better stay.

Location was easy to find and eating locations were close.

Needs updates, cleanliness wasn't the greatest. Coffee pots were filthy, dusty, not very clean. Need to vacuum. TV didn't work either. AC wasn't very good. Fridge wasn't cold. Not ice machine available. Needs some work before you charge guest as much as you do.

The motel overall was threadbare and worn. Kinda grim. The AC was noisy and blew directly onto the bed.

We selected a room with a spa tub. I wanted to surprise my husband for Father's Day. But when we got there, were told that it was not operational. So I was very disappointed.

the dirtiest room I have ever had in the US. Carpet had obviously not been vacuum, the mirror had been cleaned with a dirty rag, behind the bathroom door I found part of a sanitary wrap of the toilet seat , the remote was dirty too and I didn’t dare to touch it.

The bed was terrible, you could feel the springs thru the mattress. The hallway was dark. There were only two small bath towels for a three day stay for two people. The paint was peeling off the ceiling. You had to switch the window unit off and engage the heating unit yourself. The pillows were flat and the sheets were rough. It was not a good experience.

The location was the only real plus.
