Everything could have been better. I paid for the house/suite. The website says pet friendly, but when you get there they only have a small standard room with 2 full size beds that is pet friendly. During check-in, my MIL came into the office to offer to pay extra to have the house. The person checking us in looked at me and told me that she is not required to speak to, or answer any questions from anyone other than the person who booked the room. She did this right in front of my MIL. She was beyond rude. Then the next day my MIL went outside to make a call and was sitting at one of the tables behind the rooms. Theoffice person came out and started questioning who she was. She said she had a room here, andthe lady said "you didn't check in today, I thought you were a homeless person" No way does she look homeless! Rude again! Later that day wetook the dogs out to walk themto the pet area, and she came out again and yelled at her to not let the dog potty anywhere but the dog area. (That's where she was going). They have horrible customer service and I will be sharing this on all of the travel sites. The room was very small, but we made it work. The toilet seat lid wouldn't stay up, we had to tie something around it, just to be able to sit down. The shower is painted with latex paint, no closet or hangers, there was a dresser. To top it off, when I checked in and they said we would have to take the smaller room or go to the Motel 6, I asked her if I was paying for the house, she said no, but it ended up being more because of the dogs. House totaled 554.00 for 3 nights, the room that was a fraction of the size was 644.00, because of the 90.00 for the dogs. So, my family was treated rudely we were overcharged and the room was just barely acceptable.

The location wasn't bad. Pretty close to everything.

The bar-b-que was rusty and the was no grill brush to clean it.

It was a lot bigger than I expected. The staff was nice and professional. I liked the privacy and quietness. I would gladly rent again and recommend it.

It was a motel room attached to an RV Park. The room was close to the road and faced the road. Pretty noisy both due to the park and the road. Had to check in before 8:00 as there is no staff there from 8:00 PM until 10:00 AM! Actually the staff was gone at 7:40 PM on the day we stayed. So you're on your own while you're there. No air-conditioning and opening the windows was very unsatisfactory due to the noise. Had to ask another guest for the wi-fi password as we didn't get it and the staff was gone. I suppose you think a motel has ice. This one does not. Apparently you can buy a bag for $2 if the staff is there. Which they were not for the entirety of our stay. On the positive side: The room was very clean and everything worked. I was not murdered. I didn't have to worry about whether the shampoo would be okay for me. They didn't have any. Soap supplied will make me more aware of how large the bars of soap are at any other motel/hotel. All the rest of places on this trip seemed wonderful in comparison and made me a more grateful person. Lock your key in the room when you leave. Make sure you don't have to get something you forgot - because the no staff thing. Seriously, how hard is it to have staff available during checkout time? I expect more for the price paid. This place is definitely on my "Don't stay here" list

This Motel was located in a run down trailer park. In the above photo , the 5th wheels people are living in to the right are not shown or the trailers behind. When we saw the location, went in the room, smelled cleaning chemicals, sat on the bed, we chose to find another hotel. When I left a poor review online, the clerk left 2 angry messages on my phone (I've saved them) She accused my daughter of " blowing smoke up her ... for not asking for a refund in person and telling her kindly the room wouldn't work for us. My daughter's thought was, why ask for a refund, when it's posted in multiple places, you dont give one, and we were stressed trying to find another room. The clerk also said the owner was " very angry". The whole experience was unprofessional . The owner sets the policies, not the staff, and taking it out on his employee was beyond unprofessional. It's not too difficult to credit a card used, if they wanted to. I would reconsider using this property as a booking option, or send a representative to see what it really looks like. It's a 60.00 a night stay at best. I paid 144.00. It was an awful experience.

need written directions on use of TV remotes. Not all are familiar with cable tv, we have a Dish and even with that different tv interface with it differently. I have never seen a shower turn on like the one in this room. It is located on the bottom of the water spout and needs to be pulled down. My wife and I spent 15 minutes trying all kinds of different ways to switch to shower from tub when my wife gave up and took a bath. While therein the tub she gave a pull to the end and discovered how to turn on shower. The shower was great once we figured it out. Directions on shower really are needed!

Walls were thin. Could hear everything around us. Bed kept making a thunking noise. Ceiling fan ticked. Bathroom door was difficult to close. Hardly any space in bathroom. Parking was difficult to get in and out of, had to back into the bush behind us to get out without colliding with the neighboring car. Didn't feel very welcome upon arrival.

It was close to the ocean and shopping.

My first email from them said that they could not accommodate my arrival time. It didn’t explain anything other than that statement. No confirmation number; nothing. I took that as they couldn’t accommodate me at all so I booked another place to stay. I mean, what reasonable person wouldn’t? Then 2 more emails came through. I responded saying that since you declined me, I had found another place to stay. Guess what? They charged me the full price anyway. They don’t have my signature anywhere. It seems like it should be illegal. It’s immoral at the very least.

The neighborhood was very questionable, and I would not have stayed there except for the non-refundable payment I made before I showed up. The road noise and noise from the back lot were excessive all night long. The clerk was absolutely rude. The photos showed a water view, which was not there. Booking, you came up short on this one!

I wouldn't say didn't like exactly, because although there are many RVs and trailers parked in the back and beside the motel (it's clear many of them live there), both nights we stayed and during the day, it was totally quiet and peaceful, and this is in prime summer season. It's on a 2 lane country highway and that is pretty quiet too. There isn't a closet in the room, or over the door hanger.

This is a modest little motel with updated, clean, tidy and cozy rooms, great cable, quick hot water. Inside is really nice and the kitchenettes are super. The office person, after I called to say we'd be later getting there than we thought, waited a half hour for us, that was so nice. Said call me later if you have questions, even though we arrived at 9 p.m. The entire motel is painted with a cool mural of sea, sand and forest, loved that! Residents of all kinds were wholesome......families, quiet travelers. No nonsense going on at this motel.

The mattresses need to be updated. One bed we sagged in and the other I could feel the springs. Just need to be replaced.

There was a small kitchen with fridge, stove, sink and microwave. Dishes and cups were provided, although I did not notice any cooking pots/pans (but I didn't really look). The room was clean, tv worked. Cool mural on the outside walls. Staff was friendly.
