Value for money. Simple place to stay thats central to a lot of tourist locations. Manage your expectations though, rooms can get a bit packed. We weren’t able to open our suitcases comfortably (we had 2 medium-sized ones).

The sink drain was difficult to open and close and leaked onto the bathroom floor. Construction work was being done on the side of the building which created a disturbing vibrational noise. While, there was a sign posted in the room, we did not know this beforehand. The work was supposed to end by 4pm and continued until well past 4. We were unsure if the odd noise was from the construction or just part of the room noise which was disconcerting.

For the first 2.5 days of our 6-day stay, there was an issue with the hot water. We were informed about it at check-in and told it would be fixed by the morning, but the issue persisted. The staff handled the situation calmly and did their best to help, so we were understanding. Once the issue was resolved, our experience improved and continued smoothly. Check-in and check-out were super fast.

More power outlets and drawers under the bed (instead of cubby spaces that would leave belongings on the floor) would be nice. The TV only received one local news channel and that was unexpected for such a modern designed space.

Great location, just west of the main part of Times Square/Theater District and along the 9th Avenue corridor of restaurants - very walkable to everything in Midtown. Staff member (Sahar) was able to accommodate a very early check-in which allowed me to settle in and refresh before starting my weekend visit. I've stayed here before so I knew to expect a small room, but the space is well designed to fit a comfortable bed, chair, and bathroom.

For the first two nights we had problems with the hot water, which was not working. Therefore, could not shower in the first night, for the second they gave us keys to another room where the water was working.

The location is simply incredible. Right by Times Square and the main subway stations, you can get anywhere in New York very quickly. From the Port Authority in the next block you can even get the Uber Shuttle to JFK for less than the train would cost. The hotel is modern and well designed. The room had a nice view and was comfortable, and was ready well before check in time. Staff were friendly.

The only thing I was not happy, first day my shampoo was not refilled so we could not take immediately shower, and sockets are not like we have in Europe, I had to buy myself an adapter. Room is very small but it did not disturb me as I knew it before booking of course. I would stay there again with pleasure. Another thing disturbed me the windows in the loung and bar were very dirty... The rest was really great.

Hotel clean, nice personel, and most of all good location. for me it was possible to reach every place on foot, just about 1h30 minutes on foot to Broadway bridge. I got amazing room on the 18th floor with great view, just straight ahead amazing sunsets.

Well located - easy to access - good welcome by staff. Bar facility on site that's useful for a final drink at the end of the day. The room is basic but comfortable. Near to Local 42 a great local pub
