The rooms are in a good location, close to Time Square, subway station and bus station. The room in the hallway is quite stuffy, but inside the room is clean and safe.

The bunk bed room is good for solo, a little tight for 2 people. I was able to remove the ladder since it was in the way when I was sitting at the desk. Also, I would never share the room because of the frosted glass bathroom. Be aware you need to take an elevator to the Lobby and separate elevators to the rooms.

One of the less expensive hotels in the area. It’s a little more of a walk to Broadway shows, since you’re going crosstown, but it’s an easy walk. Lots of food options around a small convenience store is next door. Windows open a little. A/c and wifi worked really well. I didn’t need to but lots of people stored their bags in the lobby.

had to travel up the lift to access the concierge. but its good in a way. safer for guests perhaps. corridor to our room slightly dark n dingy. but once in the room, the vibe was fine.

we stayed one night. chose this place due to its proximity to the Port Authority terminal. the double decker bed was comfy. rain shower had good pressure. good space planning. its a pod but we had enough space to hang our coats. good for a very short stay.

The staff was very kind. I needed to change my room because of personal reasons and could not use the bunk beds. They gave me a new room immediately and did not charge me extra for it. I appreciated their humanity.

When we first checked in, the first room they gave us had a terrible smell from the bathroom. We then got back to the reception and asked for a solution or a change of room. The staff was very attentive and agreed to help us switch to another room. The room was perfect!

The location is superb! Very convenient, walkable distance to timesquare and broadway shows. Many restaurants and stores nearby. The room is small, but nice and quiet. It has everything you need. We stayed there for 4 nights.

The room is carpeted which is not great, but it seemed clean. The room was very small, but it is ok if you are traveling for fun, it wouldn't be nice to work at the room.

Location is great! Bed was small, but confortable Staff was very nice, and answered all our questions, also made it easy to make a late check-out.

The room was tiny, not something unexpected as the size was already mentioned online but fitting and daily using two suitcases proved to be quite challenging. Nevertheless, we managed. Overall though, the room is overpriced, you clearly pay extra for location.

We had room with bunk beds each with its own tv and each with a remote however the remotes work for both tvs so if one wanted to change tv channels it changed it for both. No way to listen to tv using headphones meaning you could each tv. Other than that good location. Very clean.

The location is great for Broadway, Time Square and has a subway station near by. The staff is friendly and services include luggage check and car services to the Airport. Majority of the time, the car service was cheaper than Uber/Lyft.

The room was extremely small, it was cold and when I asked for a blanket the young lady said there were none but the guy said they would bring two up, that never happened. If you are walking to and from time square be prepared to walk through the stench of urine I am not sure what magician took the photos but the room was so small that there was no where to get dressed properly and the desk chair was against the ladder for the bunk bed.

I wish that the pods could find a place for a small mini fridge. It would make an enormous difference for travelers.

Great location, excellent staff. Despite vibrant location, rooms are quite soundproof.
