Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe bunk bed room is good for solo, a little tight for 2 people. I was able to remove the ladder since it was in the way when I was sitting at the desk. Also, I would never share the room because of the frosted glass bathroom. Be aware you need to take an elevator to the Lobby and separate elevators to the rooms.
One of the less expensive hotels in the area. It’s a little more of a walk to Broadway shows, since you’re going crosstown, but it’s an easy walk. Lots of food options around a small convenience store is next door. Windows open a little. A/c and wifi worked really well. I didn’t need to but lots of people stored their bags in the lobby.

Singaporehad to travel up the lift to access the concierge. but its good in a way. safer for guests perhaps. corridor to our room slightly dark n dingy. but once in the room, the vibe was fine.
we stayed one night. chose this place due to its proximity to the Port Authority terminal. the double decker bed was comfy. rain shower had good pressure. good space planning. its a pod but we had enough space to hang our coats. good for a very short stay.

Hong KongWhen we first checked in, the first room they gave us had a terrible smell from the bathroom. We then got back to the reception and asked for a solution or a change of room. The staff was very attentive and agreed to help us switch to another room. The room was perfect!
The location is superb! Very convenient, walkable distance to timesquare and broadway shows. Many restaurants and stores nearby. The room is small, but nice and quiet. It has everything you need. We stayed there for 4 nights.

New ZealandWe had room with bunk beds each with its own tv and each with a remote however the remotes work for both tvs so if one wanted to change tv channels it changed it for both. No way to listen to tv using headphones meaning you could each tv. Other than that good location. Very clean.

The location is great for Broadway, Time Square and has a subway station near by. The staff is friendly and services include luggage check and car services to the Airport. Majority of the time, the car service was cheaper than Uber/Lyft.

United StatesThe room was extremely small, it was cold and when I asked for a blanket the young lady said there were none but the guy said they would bring two up, that never happened. If you are walking to and from time square be prepared to walk through the stench of urine I am not sure what magician took the photos but the room was so small that there was no where to get dressed properly and the desk chair was against the ladder for the bunk bed.
