Great location, great staff. We arrived early and they let us get to our room, they have a good system to hold the bags if necessary. The room is exactly the same from pictures.

There weren't any power outlets near the bed, and really only one location to plug items in the room. That was a problem.

The room had a great view of the city, the blinds allowed for privacy.

The hotel put a hold on a reservation fee and then when I checked-in another fee, in total about two times the cost of the actual stay. Everything was ofc corrected in the end but some might find it annoying if they stay for several days and the costs are high.

Excellent price and good location in the middle of NYC. I think I got a free room upgrade as well. (I did not have the breakfast.)

The beds were slightly uncomfortable, getting to the top bunk in such a small room was slightly difficult and cramped. No breakfast included which was fine but probably would've been a helpful option if they had it.

The location is excellent, only a 4 min walk to the nearest subway station and a 10 minute walk into central Times Square. We were able to walk to most places during our trip. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff were attentive and the rooms were safe. I travelled with my mum but would also be comfortable staying alone if i was solo travelling. Super good price, cleaned everyday and a view of the Empire State Building!

Very small and you can’t manage well with two people in a room. Two luggage bags take up all the space. No kettle. No restaurant. Minimum for breakfast.

the plugs, bed lights were not working. it's a little too busy in the area for me, but if you want times square this is a good budget option.

The staff at the front desk seems to be stressed all the time and have no patience to talk with the guests. An exception is the people from the restaurant/bar, which are really nice. Also, the rooms are really small, as they stated, and it is hard to fit 2 big luggage in the floor.

The location is perfect, if you like to stay downtown. A lot of options of restaurants and close to the subway station at the Port Authority bus terminal (which is not the best terminal, since needs to walk a lot inside the station to reach the trains).

Our room was tiny. There were two of us, sleeping in a bunk bed. We couldn't simultaneously move in the room; one had to stay in bed while the other one walked in the room/got ready. A kettle would have been a welcome addition.

Very good hotel, right in the middle of the city. The staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were easy. The room was clean, and so was the shower (which worked great).

We had an issue with our room being unbearably hot, although we are from Oregon so maybe it was just us, but we ended up purchasing a fan to place underneath the window to keep the room cool even though it was in March.

Great location, we loved the bunk bed set up. I was traveling with my 13 year old nephew so having separate beds was great. We appreciated all the outlets in the room and the hooks and hangers came in handy. The bathroom was great as well, shower was pleasant and the beds were comfortable

Bar closed rather early, rooms small (but I guess that this is standard in Manhattan) and wooden panels next to the beds were not clean.

Close to Times Square and some nice restaurants. I also liked that you can choose whether you want daily cleaning or not.

Clean, efficient (i.e., small) rooms. Perfect for a trip where you're going to be out most of the time. Comfy beds. Location is fantastic: close to Broadway theaters, subways, and Port Authority MTA. I'll stay here again!
