Room is tiny

As a mother and son, we need two beds. The twin bunkbeds at the pod work well for us. Most New York hotels with two beds, are queen queens, and cost a fortune.

Size of room was v small so didn’t stay in it other than to sleep Light didn’t work - minor issue and got sorted Very busy area so crowded etc…but in heart of everything too, so depends what you want

Handy location for midtown sights Right in the heart of Broadway Five minute walk to subway Comfortable budget room tho extremely small Lovely bar with happy hour and served a basic bfast if you wanted and good coffee Felt very safe and 6 elevators so never had to wait Free luggage storage and helpful concierge Rooms sound proofed from inside and outside noise, we were on 11th floor

Linen should be changed without notifying, Room capacity is bit small but can be managed for two persons.

New York is expensive as hell lol. Seems wild to pay 2700$ for a bunk bed for 3-4 nights. But if you want to stay within the action of New York, you’re gonna pay top dollar regardless. So I would consider this a good budget option for sure.

Perfect location right near Times Square. Check in staff friendly and approachable. Was super clean, housekeeping service every other day, and got the job done for us (which is a place to sleep). Had a nice stay

The bathroom has a smelly drain sometimes. They have a clogged sink filled with hair that I had to clean out since we checked in at 3am and too tired to change room.

Room definitely a bit too small for two single people, no where to put bags for easy access. Really needed a comfy chair to sit in after a day of exploring the city however none of these issue’s detracted from our stay here.

Fantastic location! Bunk beds were very comfortable. Room very clean and serviced daily. Staff very honest as we didn’t realise we had dropped money on the floor and it was picked up when our room was serviced and left on the bed. So we really appreciate that as it was a decent amount of money.

Room is a bit small & for that very pricy (but that was mainly due to high season at Christmas)

Great location within the City, perfect starting point to get out & explore - room was cleaned every day - no breakfast, but nice Cafe in the hotel with good coffee - staff is nice and prepared to give you recommendations about what to Do in the city

No coffee in the Lobby. No continental breakfast. Weird tv stations.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free upgrade when I got there. Good location. Short wait time for elevators. Rooms small but well designed.

The location is the best!! It’s near Times Square and it’s safe! On our first night, there was a problem with the A/C in our room and it was very cold. The next day they immediately responded to our request and changed our room. Extra points for the sweet and kind cleaning lady on 13th floor!

Great location. Value for New York. Everything walking distance. Safe. Small but big enough. Large shower. Great to be close to the terminal B bus station 300m, made it very easy to get from both airports

The room was so small it was not possible to open our cases so we stayed in the same clothes for 3 days. And after nearly a month I still have not had the deposit refunded

Only complaint was the level of city noise that was present through the night. We heard no noises from within the hotel hallways or rooms, but lots from the city streets. Would still consider staying there again, great location and value.

They allowed early check-in for us when we arrived early and hoped for luggage storage.
