Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

As a mother and son, we need two beds. The twin bunkbeds at the pod work well for us. Most New York hotels with two beds, are queen queens, and cost a fortune.

United StatesNew York is expensive as hell lol. Seems wild to pay 2700$ for a bunk bed for 3-4 nights. But if you want to stay within the action of New York, you’re gonna pay top dollar regardless. So I would consider this a good budget option for sure.
Perfect location right near Times Square. Check in staff friendly and approachable. Was super clean, housekeeping service every other day, and got the job done for us (which is a place to sleep). Had a nice stay

New ZealandRoom definitely a bit too small for two single people, no where to put bags for easy access. Really needed a comfy chair to sit in after a day of exploring the city however none of these issue’s detracted from our stay here.
Fantastic location! Bunk beds were very comfortable. Room very clean and serviced daily. Staff very honest as we didn’t realise we had dropped money on the floor and it was picked up when our room was serviced and left on the bed. So we really appreciate that as it was a decent amount of money.

GreeceThe location is the best!! It’s near Times Square and it’s safe! On our first night, there was a problem with the A/C in our room and it was very cold. The next day they immediately responded to our request and changed our room. Extra points for the sweet and kind cleaning lady on 13th floor!

United StatesOnly complaint was the level of city noise that was present through the night. We heard no noises from within the hotel hallways or rooms, but lots from the city streets. Would still consider staying there again, great location and value.
