Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was great. Booked 2 accommodations at this property. 2 bedroom apartment was great. Queen deluxe room was tiny. Served our purpose for just sleeping and showering but so small.

Wonderful hotel! Location is the best! Also the big grocery store in a building. Beautiful lobby, bar! Very clean a room, amazing view!The clerk checked me into the room earlier than expected and registration was just for a couple minutes! You can imagine it guys?! Wow i was so happy. United StatesReally nothing I don't like about this hotel. I felt very safe here. I like having to take an elevator to the actual lobby, and then take another elevator. However, if you are older and don't feel you, or roommate, can climb a ladder to sleep in top bunk, not the place for you. I am 54 yr old, but exercise and had no issues climbing into top bunk.
I really like the room. It is small, but served it's purpose. It kind of reminded me of a cruise ship room. I was traveling with my sister, and we were able to have our own bed - and each bunk has it's own TV and charging station in wall to charge all your devices - without paying higher price for a 2 double/queen room. The location is very nice - on 9th avenue, it is far enough from the heavy traffic to be quieter, but close enough to everything that you don't have to walk too far. I have stayed here several times and the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

United StatesThe first night was not ideal because one of the bathroom lights was on a sensor and it kept turning on throughout the night. I had to get up multiple times to turn it off so I had a terrible nights sleep. When I called the front desk they were very responsive and later that morning they changed out the switch.
I loved the location, it was close to many attractions, food, and subway.

ItalyI don't think that the stay is worth the price. I paid too much for what is worth. The staff members were great tho. Super reactive to any request (for example , we had an issue with dirty water coming from the sink/shower, they sent immediatly a plumber. He didn't fix the issue but at least he spent time coming)
The customer service was good. The hotel itself too. I would recommend this hotel to who has to do a quick trip and not a long stay. There is no enough space in the room for 2 luggages or 2 ppl for example.
