Tiny room - but worth it for the loaction. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night (around 4 AM) and there were repeated msgs (about five) about his being a false alarm, at intervals of every 10 mins... a bit too much.

We didn’t mind the room being small but it is something to note if booking. The water took forever to get hot.

The location was perfect! We wanted to explore the sites and had Broadway shows we saw. Everything was close and convenient. The hotel is modern, clean and simple.

Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up and kept falling. Beware the room is pretty small but it’s expected for this price in this area. Other than that all good!

The location was right by Times Square and 5min walk from subway station. Very clean, house cleaning everyday. staff were always great and the view was nice.

The bunk beds were not the best, very little space in general, there were stains on the bed sheets, the space didn’t give the most “clean” feeling

The location was great. There was a Target 5 mins away and the Times Square was 10-12 mins away.

No closet in my room - just some hangers on an open wall-mounted rack. No iron/ironing board in room (not sure if it would be available on request). Fine for me on this trip but other travelers should be aware.

Everything was easy. Room was ready when I arrived (a half hour before official check-in). Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious (compared to my expectations). Great location. Would stay here again.

The bathroom had frosted glass walls, it was fine for me as I was solo but if I was sharing the room with a friend or a partner there would be no privacy.

POD Times Square was a great place for our family to stay. Close to theaters and restaurants, subway and bus. Plus, lots to see and do within walking distance. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Our room had a weird overpowering scent when you walked In. The only thing I could compare it to is the popcorn flavor of jelly belly jellybeans. I know that sounds odd but it was quite noticeable when you walked in. However you couldn't smell it after about 5 mins. I don't think it was related to cleaning products. I feel like it was something in the carpet that maybe spilled from a previous patron.

I wouldn't recommend this for a family of three or more, two people can barely stay comfortable in these small rooms, but for a solo traveler is perfect.

Rooms are quite small, the kind you would expect when visiting a large city in Asia. Location is very good and you can find many choices of restaurants in the area.

tiny rooms, but still good enough for us, weird smell on corridor, something was wrong with safe, didn't work well but resolved not to contact with reception

no option with breakfast, plenty of elevators, close to metro station, perfect place for tourist, when you rather spend time outside and only need a bed to recharge your batteries
