they need a free food giveaway section. I had excess food and had to offer it individually whereas they had a free toiletries box. they just need one for unused food.

The rooms on the 4th floor have air conditioning and it makes a massive difference, the rooms are clean daily and are really nice. I am heavy so I always take a lower bunk.

Coolest staff ever and so kind. They had a cool movie night going and I got to meet many cool people. The location is top tier as well. It was super hot when I went so the room was a bit warm but nonetheless everything was clean and comfortable.

I guess it all depends the room you have and the people that are there. Usually I prefer male room not mixed rooms. The reason is most “female’s” are dirty & they think they’re in charge of the room. I was the only guy on the room and the room dint have air conditioner only a fan(that had debris). Besides this the room was very hot so I dint wanna rest with the heat so I turn on the fan. And of the girls were complaining because she didn’t wanna have the fan on & every time i left the room she turn it off. Besides that girl the other one in the middle of the night her alarm was turning on and she dint wanna turn it off. She was too drunk too cared. And the last girl was so rude telling me to turn off the light because she need to sleep. I have stay here before but this is not acceptable. If the staff very well know the attitude of this girl don’t let them stay there. So I prefer to stay at the neighbors hostel near this one that had way better experiences.

I came across several reviews before my stay mentioning that the staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. However, my experience was completely different—the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic, and the room, along with its cleanliness, was decent. For the price, it exceeded my expectations and was absolutely worth it. It's just a short walk to the beach, with free snorkeling equipment and surfboard rentals for only $15 per day—a great deal. I would definitely stay here again!

Their rules, unwelcoming to visitors who were ohana to me! They said they were going to bring a towel to my room. It never arrived, lucky I bought my own. The room I booked was for a single bed in a 6 bed dorm, I got a bunk bed. I did not like having to climb the ladder.

I can't complain.

This was my first experience in shared room so I was pretty unsure about that but It's all just about people around you. The staff was very helpfull with everything and I slept very well. Funny thing is I met another Czech man in that room so it was good to chat in my native language.
