Even though the breakfast lobby was big, there were only very limited items for breakfast. Mostly pre-packed snacks/bread. We had to explicitly ask the lady at the front desk about breakfast timing. Our key did not work next day morning and had t go to front desk to get it fixed. Someone was smoking weed frequently close to our room which was really uncomfortable.

Excellent Location. Clean and Spacious room. Somewhat close to Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Few restaurants in walking distance. Check-in process was smooth. Plenty of parking spots.

Breakfast was pretty limited.

Our king size room was spacious with a large shower and vanity. There was also a microwave and fridge. Bed and pillow were amazing 10/10. While it is nothing fancy on the outside it was perfect for a one night stop.

Only complaints were that: 1) the breakfast was very meager - no hot items or protein items. 2) Also, the air conditioning unit in the room was sooooooo loud. Almost couldn't sleep with that thing roaring in the background.

Rooms was new/fresh and comfortable. Very spacious - much better standard than what you might get at many of the more expensive but older hotels in the area.

The shelf in the shower was missing. Since it was a stall, all toiletries had to be placed on the floor during showering. The water pressure wasn't great. The tables in the breakfast area weren't wiped down between guests, so they were sticky & had crumbs. There was no ice in either ice machine. I wish they didn't use Styrofoam in the rooms & in breakfast area. There are better environmental options. And nothing could be reheated in the microwave due to Styrofoam plates & cups.

Cute hotel. Location & price were great. The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. I really liked the two shades on the window. One let light in, but wasn't see-through. The other darkened the room. The room had a coffee maker, fridge & microwave. There was a ton of storage in the room. The TV was large, and received lots of channels. I liked how the toilet & shower were separate from the sink area. One person could be getting ready while the other showered. The frosted window in the bathroom let in lots of natural light. Free breakfast was provided. It consisted of cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee/tea, breads, juices, and ready to heat pancakes & French toast. The staff were all super friendly. I would stay here again.

Although the location is good walking distance from some excellent food locations, it apparently is the adjacent to the street of choice for nightly car racing, and so it was a bit noisy. Also, there appeared to be locals cruising through the parking lot into the late hours with music blasting. Not the greatest for peace and quiet.

Loved the cool mod refresh. Beds were comfortable and room was spotless, and very spacious.

I didn’t like the fact that the TV wasn’t synced to the remote, which made it difficult to figure out what was on TV and to watch TV. There are four spotlights coming down from the ceiling, so if you want light in the room, it’s either stage lighting or no lighting. I had to go back to the office twice. Once to get a password that wasn’t given to me and once to get a hairdryer that wasn’t in the room.

This is a no frills motel but it is very clean, quiet and in a nice area (within blocks of a museum, the library and the police station). Some good dinner options close by.

The heating / cooling system was a little wonky. It would not turn on or off without resetting the power cord. The bathroom was colder than the rest of the room.

It seemed well maintained and clean. The cold breakfast area was nice and options were decent. The staff were pleasant.

The breakfast was supposed to be a continental breakfast but it only consist of cereal with 2% milk and toast with butter that had to be spread with the back of a spoon because there wasn't any knifes available. Staff were very unfriendly and not helpful at all.

The room was very good and clean but the negative side was that there wasn't any room cleaning during our two nights stay. Privacy was also ignored by staff that opened the door to the room without knocking.
