A few thing didn't work

The pull out sofa had blood all over it from the start. But everything else was good.

Parking is very limited for this cabin. The road is especially very narrow in front of the this cabin. It wasn’t very clean. Toothpaste and hair on the sink on the 1st floor bathroom as well as 2nd floor bathroom. A lot of the fixtures were loose. The living room fan light is just hanging by the electrical cords, we turned it off upon arrival. Had to keep the master bathroom window open and door closed our whole stay due to it being much warmer up there. The basement was freezing. We had to keep the heat on 66° the whole stay and used the fireplace in the living room when occupying the 1st floor. Hot tub wasn’t clean, there was a lot of things floating in it.

To me these issues were not major... but the main thing was, is that we could get no water pressure in the kitchen sink & it took forever for the hot water to come through! Had to boil water to clean the clean kitchen back & wash dishes bc I'm old school & don't use dishwashers. Hand rail leading down to lower level was quite loose; No DVD player in main bedroom & main floor living room; On an average the temp was 45°🥶 & lower level heat wasn't that great unless we kept the fireplace lit, but after the fireplace would shut off after a while, it would slowly start getting cold again & hard to warm it back up. Upstairs in main bedroom stayed too hot bc in order to keep the main(2nd)floor warm & enjoyable, the heat of course rises & would get too hot🥵 in the master bedroom overnight while trying to have bath time, TV time, or asleep; Only one parking spot available for each unit.

EVERYTHING!!! ...except our unexpected visitor! 🐿 "Alvin" the chipmunk!😳😱 ...ME!➡️ ⚰️🪦 Beds & furniture were very comfortable, quality dining room set, spacious kitchen, the bedroom jacuzzi, & I like the guest book signing idea. Never used the outdoor whirlpool/hot tub bc it was too cold.🥶😔

Parking was a bit tight. Maybe consider designated parking for each cabin.

The Cabin was close to everything, but still plenty of wooded areas around you. Dollywood theme park drone show and fireworks can be seen from cabin upstairs window every night. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it was a nice cabin all around. It was nice not to have to run out for papertowels, kitchen soap, or trashbags. There was plenty provided, even laundry soap..and an abundance of towels!! Thank you. Quick response from owners if there was a need. Bathrooms were decorated beautifully, too. Thanks for providing a great place to stay. Jacuzzi was nice! Kids enjoyed the pool.

None of the remotes had batteries, the bed upstairs had hair in it, the sink in the kitchen had rice and vegetables from the previous guest in it, there was only one parking spot and the parking space is very small, the grill has seen the last of its days, the sink in the kitchen barely has hot water.

I loved the bathtub upstairs, but I do suggest if you would like a hot bath, find somewhere else to stay, the water is cold.

The walls were a bit thin, but fine for a kids trip. It'd be awesome to rent the other half with family friends!

Easy check in, place was super clean with a great layout for kids. Owner very responsive.

THERE IS NO VIEW FROM CABIN/ SEE A GAS STATION/ WHEN WE ARRIVED THE HOT TUB WAS ALMOST EMPTY SO WE HAD TO FILL IT BACK UP WITH NO CHEMICALS AND WASNT ABLE TO USE UNTIL NEXT DAY (WHEN IT FINALY GOT HOT)/ OUR FIREPLACE IN LIVING ROOM WOULDNT LITE!! MAINTANCE CAME OUT WITHIN AN HOUR TO CHECK HOT TUB AND FIREPLACE// LATER THAT NIGHT WE WENT TO UPSTAIRS BEDROOM AND ONLY HAD REGULAR TV NO STREAMING CHANNELS. (WIRES EVERYWHERE) JACUI TUB WOULDNT HOLD WATER UNLESS YOU PUT PRESSURE ON IT AND THERE WASNT ENOUGHT HOT WATER TO FILL IT.(SO UNABLE TO USE IT) NO HOT WATER IN UPSTAIRS BATHROOM. HAD TO USE BASEMENT SHOWER WHICH WORKED GREAT. NIGHT STAND HANDLE NOT ATTACHED SO UNABLE TO USE DRAWER (ONLY DRAWERS IN BEDROOM WAS THE NIGHT STANDS) COULD HEAR NEIGHBORS KIDS ALL DAY AND HALF THE NIGHT SO NO PRIVACY I ADVISED THE OWNER SAM OF THIS AND HIS REPLY WAS THEY WOULD HAVE CAME OUT AND REPAIRED ALL THIS. I UNDERSTAND THAT BUT WE WOULD HAVE SPENT THE ENTIRE STAY WAITING ON MAINTANCE TO FIX EVERYTHING WRONG. I TRUELY UNDERSTAND THERES THINGS THAT MESS UP AND TEAR UP BUT REALLY??? I HAVE NEVER EVER EVER GIVEN A BAD REVIEW BUT THIS WAS CRAZY! The parking spaces are so small and the cabin we stayed in had bats in the upstairs room. We had to deal with them for 3 nights. Not a pleasant stay in that room couldn’t get sleep cause of the noise of them flying around and flying down at you all night and day. We got 1 out but the other 2 we couldn’t get out of there. No number to call to get them out.
