It looked and felt really gross. The locks on the door weren’t proper. The room was not cleaned well. Bugs. Smelled bad.

Rude staff at check in. Pulled up and people were sitting in chairs with their doors open. You can tell people lived in this place! Hookers and drug use in plain sight. Beyond nasty rooms. Very outdated and just a horrible place to take a family. We left and booked another room. Didn’t tell anyone or ask for any type of refund!! We just left!!

I booked a non smoking room at the beginning of June and paid for in full at the time of booking. We traveled 2 hours just to be told, “we know you booked a non smoking room but we all sold out and the only thing we can offer you is a smoking room. I specifically booked non smoking because of our son’s allergies….. I absolutely didn’t like anything about the property!!!

There were 8 dead bugs in room. Kids in pool were noisy. The room was not very clean. No chair in room. Had to eat take pout on bed.

The room wasn't really clean. There was a mouse in the room and they wouldn't let me have a different room and they did nothing to get rid of it except put poison out on top of the entertainment center. Housekeeping doesn't come to your room to see if you need anything and if you ask for towels you have to take yours to the laundry room and get them yourself. They don't give you toilet paper unless you run them down for it also. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Also the air conditioner barely worked. WiFi is sketchy and the signal for the TV went out for almost a whole day. If I could have afforded to go elsewhere I would have left immediately.

My room was not clean bathroom was dirty my toilet didn't flush sheets where not change had to request new bet comfortable set. I didn't feel comfortable to take a bath so I never took one . My surroundings had homeless and drugs user all around and walking by door.

Room wasn't clean tub back up an the bathroom sink and prior to going in the room I didn't check but when I did I saw the sink had puke in it I had to clean it up they had dirty tissues hanging on the picture frames it was just very nasty

My room was not clean. The floors were dirty all through out the room and bathroom. The tub/shower had dirt and hair in it. There wasn’t even any towels or wash cloths. The room it showed I booked was a double room with double beds and I got a room with a large bed.

Everything was very dirty not sure that it has ever been cleaned. Drug dealers outside all night bed sheets had had crumbs on them and pubic cares were on the toilet in the bathtub on the sink. It was absolutely disgusting.

The room smelled really bad and was not clean at all the sheets were never changed they were stain and smell dirty couldn’t even use the bathroom plus they don’t even have room service. And no phone to call front desk and you had to go to laundrey mat to get yourself clean towels will definitely not be going back there I rented for 2 night and only stay for 1 I checked out right the next day this hotel must be for crack heads
