It was really beautiful well maintained from the room, the exterior and pool. The hosts gave really good instructions on how to access the property and were very responsive to any questions I had. You feel safe and relaxed here, if I were writing a bike or needed to get away from stress this would be the place. It’s not far from any restaurants and if you need to order in it’s easy to find for delivery guys. Snacks and coffee were made for use. A mini iron and ironing board was a plus for me since I needed it before heading to a formal event.

This is the perfect place to stay. Barbara and Joe are very accommodating and helpful, a delight to talk with. This is my second time staying at their place and hope to stay again.

The room has a separate entrance from the main house and is lovely.The home is in a suburban area, very quiet with a really nice backyard. The owner, Barbara, was so nice and came out to meet me as it was after dark to help me get in and settled. There are thoughtful touches in the room such as snacks, cereal, milk, etc.which was appreciated. It's done up in a homey and comfortable style, good TV, available parking. If driving, there are restaurants, but a bit far to walk if you come by Uber - but Door Dash delivers. I would definitely recommend and stay again if I had more time to enjoy the yard! Nice to stay here instead of just a regular hotel

This quaint studio was perfect for me while I visited my mom close-by. Barbara checked in on me to make sure everything was okay, which it was. I highly recommend this for anyone seeking a quaint, comfy place to stay. I know I'll be back for sure.

I would have liked to check in a bit earlier. Most places have you check out by 10 am or 11 am. Check in time is 4:00 pm. That is a 5 hour window for cleaning. Unless there was a house party, 4-5 hours for cleaning is over the top. When traveling long distance, an earlier check in would be great.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. All the amenities were like new. Washer and dryer a big plus for a beachfront stay. You can walk to multiple restaurants and the "HangOut" which has great food and located right on the beach. Parking is easy and the pool is a few feet away. Highly recommend

This space is in a great quiet and peaceful location in a really nice neighborhood. Close to anything you may need. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Furniture and decor exceptional. When I am back in the area, I will certainly check with this location first 5 Stars !!

The pool or either had no water heater or wasn't working when I told the owners I was going to use it, ambient temperature was 82 but the water in the pool was at round 55. one night after good weather the cold arrived with wind somehow the only vent in the room started blowing hot air and even that I close the vent the heat in the room was terrible, I couldn't sleep at all that night, next day I complained and from then on the room temperature was kept much better

The check out time was kind of confusing. I called both numbers to clarify and got no answer. I even emailed and no response. The host say they are available 24/7. Not so. The light outside the door.was quite bright and it was a little hard to sleep. Overall I would stay again.
