United StatesWhen booking, none of the important information or property policies listed a deposit was required. I don't mind paying one, but it should be listed when booking at this property. The staff was quick to get me on my way, but I also felt like a bother. I didn't like that it also cost $15 to park when I am a guest staying at the hotel.
The price was good for a quick overnight stay and was close to many restaurants.

CanadaA few front desk staff members were curt and not very friendly. I couldn't have the breakfast as I am dairy intolerant, gluten intolerant and vegetarian and while normally I don't mind as thats a lot to cater to, I do think having one or two options (gluten free bread on request or dairy free milk for coffee/cereal or something) for people with dietary restrictions would be nice.
The location near the airport and thr Allstate Arena was fantastic as we were there for a concert. The staff member Jesus who checked us in was very friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, we were able to get extra blankets as needed and we regularly saw cleaning staff. The hotel was clean and tidy. We appreciated the shuttle service to the airport!
