Next room up all night sounded like in my room. Front desk lady very rude cause I want to check in early do to wife surgery and driving all night Was not told about the keys for under ground so spent 8 and no refund free breakfast is a must

Our room was right beside the pop machines, too much noise. The bathroom floor was nasty. There was mold on the wall in the shower. Room wasn't ready by 3:00 PM as posted. The parking ramp is too hard to navigate in a large SUV.

Convention rooms are typically too cold and this trip was no different.

Great downtown location. Convenient for my business trip. Great choice of downtown eateries and such in walking distance. Great location for events at the Civic center. Very nice parking garage.

I had trouble with my car battery and the staff helped me with this problem, I really appreciate all what they did to help me and I'll be glad to return again and recommend the hotel, thanks again

The parking, very compact.

I had an issue with the TV not working. Called the front desk, and within minutes someone was at my door asking to fix the TV. Didn't wait long and it stayed till he fixed it.

very rude check-in. The room was very noisy (can hear everything in the parking garage and railroad right next to the property). took me almost an hour to find the thermostat in the room (it was behind the TV (had to slide the TV out to get to it). I usually stay with Hilton family hotels but they were all booked. was not impressed. won’t stay there again

First room was dirty we had to be moved, the second room had a pull out that was old and very uncomfortable it was also broken so the lower half of the bed sagged. It was “clean” but there were two towels, one roll of toilet paper, zero extra sheet or blankets, the mirror had water spots. The room was very loud. It just was unlike any Radisson I’ve ever stayed in and was not a nice hotel by any means.

Very kind and helpful staff and as we were there for family in the hospital the location couldn’t have been better.

The facility was not clean. We were there 3 days and the lobby was dirty when we came, and worse when we left. Running a vacuum would sure be an improvement. This can also be said for our room. The floors were not clean - especially the bathroom. I had to ask for washcloths there were none in the room. Smokers need to be encouraged to step farther from the front door. Had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to my vehicle.

The only possible criticism I have is that there are tons of cigarette butts on the ground at the hotel entrance door from the garage into the lobby. It was not an attractive look.

My bathroom had blood stain and when i showed them the picture they didn't do anything. Also my shuttle wasn't ready when a reserve it.
