How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Pleasant stay. The restaurant was convenient. I just wish the hotel had more elevators. It was a very long walk to the two they have.

The beds could use updating not comfortable at all. The breakfast needs better options for small/ snack eaters since buffet is only available weekends
the indoor pool and hot tub were nice to unwind in at the end of the day the club is only open Fri and Sat and it was nice we were able to slip downstairs for some adult time

I loved that the property had everything we needed however everything was a little drive away. Also added breakfast to my stay and ended up paying for it anyways because I wasn’t aware that front desk is supposed to give you a card to use. Hot tub and fitness was amazing.

Some alarm coming on late at night. Physical environment (hall walls, carpets) appeared dated.
Staff was excellently courteous and attentive. Check-in and check put process was easy. Sundries were conveniently accessible. Breakfast was tasty and hosts were very accommodating. It was a very pleasant experience.

The check in staff had a bad attitude at first but then changed the 2nd time we talked to them. The shower had paint and debris falling off the ceiling! It was nasty, so we passed on the shower.
The restaurant staff were awesome!! The beds were comfortable!

The curtains smelled bad smelled the room up toilet barely flushed and there was a troublemaker down at the club Cassidy's but the security took care of it I was a paying guest this guy was just a local patron who slithered in there

Location Maps showed it as quite convenient but if you don’t have a car, don’t do it Some sort of electrical problem as the fridge kept turning off

The fact that this location doesn't offer room service. The room that we were assigned was very dusty (the walls, smoke detector and water sprinkler). The mattress was not comfortable, there was some spots that had body imprints which made it hard to sleep.
Claudia was our primary server/waitress. She is such a pleasant person, professional, friendly and made sure we were satisfied in addition to the other customers. KUDOS to her!

The only thing we did not like was the mattress and pillows in our king room. Tossed and turned on the not so soft bed all night. Kinda stiff. The pillows were lumpy and just not comfortable. Almost wish we would have brought our own from home. I told my husband that we may need to start bringing a foam mattress topper every time we stay in a hotel because it has been a recurring issue. Hotel beds USED to be very comfortable.
Great area. Beautiful on the inside. Bar, cafe, nightclub. Room was great quality. Shower water pressure was amazing. Staff very friendly.

Too far from the reception to the elevators when you have so many luggages.
Great value for monet, good size rooms with everything you need, clean bathroom and planety of fresh towels. Good breakfast.Fantastic shuttle service to and from the Stockyards. Nothing to be concerned about.
