Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesStaff wasn’t super friendly, had to have 5 sets of keys made for the room total throughout the 2 day stay, had to swap rooms because the bathtub wouldn’t drain. Got in the new room and the ac didn’t work. Got in the 3rd room and the tub didn’t drain much faster than the first. So your shower turns into a bath also. Breakfast cost $12 dollars for the buffet that’s not worth eating. Spend a little more money and book somewhere else

United Statesmy room had a cleaning glove in it, there was cob webs along the walls and I found a piece of food on my tv stand and I did not eat in the room. also I paid over 200 for my room and did not even get a free breakfast. The gel soap that was provided barely had anything in it, so that told me it was used. I didn’t like that the doors didn’t lock from the outside and you could hear the person in the next room using the bathroom and taking through the walls.
