Staff paying attention to details and requests. Bed uncomfortable pillows way to small, noisy location and did not get the room type I paid for. Most likely will have to find a new hotel as I will be staying there every two months.

Not much, unfortunately. I booked a king room with king pullout sofa and asked to be put away from elevator in a quiet area. They put us next to the door that exits to stairwell. Also, king beds most definitely need king size pillows. I maybe got 2 hours of sleep with the noise.

They only fill up the complimentary coffee one time and if you don’t go early enough you won’t get any. I waited 1 hour for 2 eggs and bacon at the restaurant. Bed was so squeaky. If you turned you were woken up by the bed lol. Bathroom doesn’t even have a fan. Bathroom curtain didn’t even fit the tub. Water knot getting in floor. Mirror in bathroom had 2 huge stains.

The bathroom was not clean at all and the bath tub clogged when I was trying to take a shower. The shower curtain smelled like mildew.

I really liked how friendly the staff were. I also liked how easy it was to check in/out.

when my 10 yr old son had to shower at 4:45am before his surgery and had no hot water nor water pressure and was crying in the shower, but still HAD to shower because he had surgery that morning at 6:00am. Probably will not stay here again, paid WAY too much for my son to go through that.

Roof in the bathroom leaked, place was falling apart, tub constantly dripped, bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The place is just falling apart and gross. Ac sounded like a plane taking off and kept us awake all night turning off and on. I would not recommend staying here. Staff wasn’t friendly. Dog kept barking all night. Just pay more for a better hotel.

A lot of money for a small room, and to not have breakfast included. We had to switch rooms because our key did not work in our door and it smells like weed outside of our room. My sister also stayed in this hotel and the door knob to the restroom in her room fell off. Never staying here again. There was also tape on the elevator doors. It was just over priced and not worth it.

Bathroom vanity falling off wall, broken shower rod, dirty tub, halls smelled like pot, Saturday morning front desk girl was curt and rude. Had to track down security to have them breakup a couple fighting in the room below us.

We didn't have ac because the unit on the wall didn't work and no one had the decency to tell us that the unit didn't work. We also tried to call for shuttle over 15 times, but kept getting hung up on and had to use UBER.

There was mold in the room, so my me and my kids couldn't stop sneezing and coughing. The staff was really nice and quick to deal with the situation which was switch us to another room but that still didn't make a difference it was worse. We really couldn't sleep because of all the mold.

staff was very rude at check in. I asked for early check in due to a wedding we were attending at 2pm. we arrived at 12:50 after being told I could pay 25.00 extra for early check in. lady up front said no rooms available for early check in. when I asked then why would someone confirm that the day before when I called to make sure. I showed her text stating that and she said don’t know what to tell you but we are full. so my friends and I had to get dressed in public restroom so we wouldn’t be late for the wedding. no point in offering early check in if you can’t honor it

The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows seemed to be off a baby bed, very small. Our room had holes for the cable box, Thermostat, and sprinkler. One lamp was covered in dust about an 1/8 of an inch thick. The bathroom faucet leaked when you turned it on and the tub was very slow when draining. When entering the hotel it smelled like Marijuana. The front desk clerk was nice but when asked why the visit was made, started taking very negative about the state and the reason for the visit.

It was easy to find and close to everything we did for our trip. The price was decent for the amount of time for the stay. The shower had great pressure and got hot really fast.

The dim lighting was depressing .The bar was not open from Sunday to Tuesday and the quality of the food was awful. I ordered chili and it was worse than something from a can. The service was miserable and unfriendly. The bathtub in the room took a long time to empty as the drain plug was broken. The sink also wouldn’t drain . After a 13 hour drive I had booked this hotel when I was on the road as there was a restaurant and bar. Little did I know it was so bad. The carpets in the room were not clean and keeping on socks or shoes was advisable.

It's old and in major need of renovations. Had to work late a couple of the nights I was there. Wanted to go down to the bar after for a beer and the bar had closed before the time it was supposed to.
