I have an allergic condition that makes me have to carry epi pens. I react bad to dust, mold, unclean conditions, fragrances, smoke odors, etc. This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at where I didn’t have a single reaction. Not one! From now on in the Quad Cities, no matter what I’m there for, and no matter which city, this will be the only hotel I’ll ever stay at ever again there. 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!

The pool was out of service and the breakfast was just ok. It was a busy morning when we were there but they were out of most items.

A/C didn't work in the king suite we were in so we had to change rooms to a double queen after we had already unpacked. Pool room flooring was coming up and looked a bit dirty/moldy.

No grab bars in the bathroom unless ypur used the tub. If you're taking a shower, there aren't any.

The rooms are spacious with great views. Comfortable beds and pillows.The breakfast was excellent with many choices. There was a small area in the lobby that had a room where you could close the doors and have a private conversation. Overall, the hotel was very quiet.

Our room was very clean & the beds are amazingly comfortable - the only thing is there was some water damage to the window sills and wallpaper was peeling off that window sill. In addition, the curtains had some stains on them - that realistically should have been cleaned by housekeeping. Nothing massive or untidy - just something that probably needs to be reviewed more by housekeeping so maintenance can repair these items or can be put on the list for deep cleaning. Again, those are kind of nit picky items - I cannot stress enough this is a great hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times to attend concerts at the Vibrant Arena and to visit the Celebration Belle boat on the Mississippi. The hotel is in such a beautiful area of town, the rooms are clean and quiet, they keep the parking well regulated (we just visited for a concert) so they ensure each of their guest have a parking spot to ensure other concert goers not staying at the hotel don't take up all the spots. The view from this hotel is amazing and the restaurant attached (Bass Street Chophouse) is fantastic! The breakfast in the morning is very good, well stocked and kept very clean by the staff.

No fan in the bathroom. Our door didn’t lock properly when we were leaving the room. The free breakfast ran out of butter and cream cheese on Saturday.
