Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. It was a good hotel with an excellent location. There is a lot of food options and activities around the area. I also enjoyed the beautiful view of the city skyline.

United KingdomI booked this thinking it will be a Ramada standard hotel. Clearly not. It’s only in name run by some local. The lifts were not working due to low power in the area (I was on 8th floor), dismal breakfast, dirty shower, broken shower curtain.
The only thing good about the property is that it’s close to the MTA.

United StatesThe bathtub wasn't the cleanliness, The room didn't provide a refrigerator, so you can't store any leftovers. If I am paying close to$400 for 2 nights, I would like to place to store food and or have cold water. Again, for almost $400, I believe a least 2 complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.
The location. There were plenty of food options, and close to JFK. The breakfast was good, glad that was an option. I did like the view from our 5-floor room that was facing Manhattan. The shower head was awesome, the way the water came out, made it for a good shower after a long day of exploring.
