The rooms were dated, carpet was peeling off the floor, tiles were cracked, the shower faucet was covered in soap scum, the door was impossible to open. We were charged $40 to check in 30 minutes early. I was approached as soon as I walked into the door to check in by people offering a timeshare presentation.

There were bugs in mine and my brothers rooms. There was no hot water in the shower. Some of the towels had holes in them and there was mold in the bathroom. And the breakfast was mediocre.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were pretty cozy. And the location was very close to Disney parks.

Eggs were cold at breakfast. The pillows were too soft and the bed too firm. We had a dog so we were moved from the tower to the older section of the hotel which is very outdated and noisy at night.

Beds could use an upgrade not horrible but not the best. It is pretty dated but clean for a dated hotel. Some good updates and it would be better.

No hot water the entire 3 nights we were there. In order to get the free breakfast, I had to talk with a time share seller in the lobby. Very disappointed because the hotel otherwise would have be a good value

My room smelled like mold, along with it was dirty the mattress has stains all on the side where the sheets didn’t cover, the room was dusty along with some woman’s hair in the bathroom. It was gross. Not to mention the amenities were not an option for us and got charged an additional $78 for them. To get into this location you had to do a U-turn to get in to the site along with it was out of the celebration area. A bit of a hike by vehicle to get near Disney anything.

The check in guy that was there was unprofessional and quite rude. I had issues with my key opening my room. So I went to the lobby and the guy there said I'll give you an upgrade for the inconvenience I said that's the least you can do. What we found out by the housekeeping lady was the room we were giving as an upgrade was actually a room that they were fixing and the housekeeping lady mentioned it was closed due to maintenance and fixing. This was really a bad experience.

The room was clean but it was very cold in the room and the thermostat was broke. Also no hot water. We told the supervisor at the front desk but they stated that it's nothing that they can do due to us purchasing the room through a third party.

The staff was rude The shuttle driver was rude and wouldn’t wait 2 mins for my sister to run and get her phone so she had to drive (kicker is when she got back downstairs to the bus he was leaving the parking lot .. so why not wait ) The vending machines were all empty .. no ice in the ice machines

I thought it was only a hotel from the pictures, but I was placed in the "motel" area of the property. During the first 2 hours, cleaning staff knocked on the door twice, and staff rolled noisy carts past the room 3 times. I was on conference calls but had to place the call on mute multiple times.
