Breakfast buffet was kind of bland..good fruit selection though.

Great price for a nice room, pet friendly, 2 pools, bball court, closed in area to walk dog. 3 restaurants on site but really close to all other establishments. Walking distance to Walmart.

Smell of pot through air conditioning! Traffic and a u turn to get into property! Sports bar was horrible. Food yuck! Drinks were ordered well brand and charged call brand. Only one person in the bar and during the game we were watching he gave a drunk girl at the bar the remote and she was playing music!!!! Turned down the game. It’s sports bar!!! Not a raunchy dance club.

The key locks are out dated and fitness equipment out dated. The key lock would not work and my door would open easily it is suppose to lock .

My experience at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. Starting with the worst: 1. I was in my room, in my pajamas, when a strange man entered my room WITH THE KEY. Yes, a stranger's key opened the door to my room. They gave the same room key to two different guests. Can you imagine my horror? When I called the front desk, they only apologized for what had happened, and didn't give me any other support to ensure my safety. 2. The hotel is huge and they put me in a room that was about a 5-minute walk from the front desk. I arrived tired from my trip (and the parks), got the key and walked to my room. When I got there, the key wouldn't open the door. I had to go back to the front desk to fix it. I think I must have walked almost a kilometer in total. And this happened twice. 3. The shower is crap. The water doesn't heat up and there's zero water pressure. I had to bend down to fit under the shower. 4. The toilet didn't flush properly. 5. The staff were always in a bad mood. 6. The shuttle to the parks doesn't work. The schedule is for like 11am (Epcot and Hollywood Studios). In other words, if you want to get there early to enjoy the parks, it won't happen.

I'm not a very picky person. When I go to Orlando, I just want a safe place to leave my stuff and sleep. But unfortunately, my experience with bad things was so strong that I can't remember anything good from this hotel.

AC broken and we were given the run around for over an hour. Offered to upgrade us to a more expensive room for additional cost. First room plank flooring was gross. Whoever installed the flooring did a crappy job. There was a 1/4 inch gap in the floor planks that had collected dirt. Taking a magic eraser to the light switches would work wonders too. 2nd room was carpeted and the AC worked. The furniture was very worn. Obviously, these aren't the pictures posted on their website. Additionally, the ice machines in our area didn't work.

When we arrived the key didn't work, someone had to come here to open the door! We went out to dinner and changed the key and it still doesn't work! This is the worst experience for my family! We are tired. the lobby phone doesn't work, we had to go to the lobby 6 times to get something done! we sat on the floor outside the room for a long time! we will never go back to this hotel

The rooms were super outdated and I wasn’t a fan of the “tourist traps” in the lobby. The theme park ticket booth people kind of harass you when you check in (they’re friendly, it can just be overwhelming in the moment lol)

There’s a lot of amenities & the area has lots to do. Free parking & shuttles to the parks is a huge plus! Beds were super comfortable & staff was very friendly. I like how they’re pet friendly too so I’ll definitely be coming back when I have to visit family since I’m moving out of state soon!

No hot water for 4 days . Reception doesn’t answer phone. Waited over an hour for towels that never came. Room not serviced for 2 days. No towels for several days. Door key wouldn’t work. Free bus service waste of time 11am to go to parks is far to late when you have paid so much for park tickets. Staff didn’t care about problems and just said take up problem with booking. Com

One of the things that drew me in was that free park shuttle, and I was so disappointed when I saw that all the busses pick you up and hour or two after park opening and, there was only one pick up and drop-off time for the bus! So I had to use Uber instead. Also the busses only have two drop off locations which is the TTC and Hollywood Studios (no Animal Kingdom). Also I didn't notice until the next day that my bathroom was missing a shower curtain so after every shower the bathroom was all wet. which was so annoying.

The location and price is the best thing about this hotel! Also the staff were all wonderful, the checkin process was a breeze and housekeeping did an amazing job in doing a quick tidy up but not moving my stuff around. Also I highly recommend staying in the tower rooms as you will get a fireworks view if you are staying in the upper levels!

Place is disgustingly bad. As soon as you enter the room there is a bad odour which irritates a lot. In picture they show you 6-8 floors building but actually the building is just one single floor which appears to be a motel standard. Not worth staying here. Property is so old and smells disgusting.

Location was good, shopping complex and Walmart is close by. Disney world is not too far from this hotel

The ad shows it as an indoor tower hotel, which did technically exist. However, also on the property are several motel style buildings with all rooms having an exterior door, and no elevators. I book hotels to avoid these type of places, so this was a big bait and switch.

Location was fine, but getting in and out of the property was difficult. Proximity to parks was good.
