How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The toilet in our room was blocked so it did not smell great. They moved us into another room but the showers are so small

The front desk staff doesn't ever try to understand non English speaking people, and answer in a rude way. Only one of them was kind at every moment regardless of the language who was Mona Housekeeping never cared to actually clean up, just change towels and make the beds... Other than that, never checked the floors and left everything the way it was, they once forgot to take the trash out and once they never made the room, we had to call 2 times for the service. At the restaurant they wanted to charge us 1.56usd for 3 plastic spoons which you can take for free. The most dreadful situation was their free shuttle service which we used 4 times for 4 parks, their company which they use lack of communication with the main guests and management, the shuttle company needs to update and improve their website, at the end the coordinator Ricardo blames the same guest for not having reservations and so on when it is not our fault. It happened 4 times, and during a rainy evening they didn't want to pick us up having seniors in a wheelchair and a scooter. The main reason we chose these hotel was due to the shuttle service.... I guess you get what you paid for. No apology, no compensation whatsoever from the shuttle company, I do wish and hope they change shuttle company or do something about it.
It's well located if you need to buy something, eat out and it offers a bit of everything for everyone

Have to make several trips to the front desk because keys don't work. The worst part was maintenance or hotel employee wake me when I was sleeping in the middle of the night pounding on the door I get up didn't open the door he was trying to get other people in the room when I was in the room I told him I was going to call front desk while I was on the phone he opened the door and forcing his way in something very disappointed and I was go to call police but the lady in the front desk said that somebody messed up I still haven't heard an apology or anything from this place.

The room had a horrible musty odor. I assumed it was coming from the carpet as that was the only source it could have been. It was overwhelming and made all of our clothing stink.
It was comfortable and conveniently located to all our destinations. The staff was very pleasant.

Great location close to parks and everything fun was no more than a 15 minute drive very nice very clean and the fact that everytime we came back the beds were made and everything replenished was a huge plus for me definitely recommend this place

The room smelled like pee there were roach’s ask the front desk for smell good they said housekeeping would come they didn’t I had to go to Walmart and buy some smell good I talk to the manager at the hotel said I would be refunded one night I also reported it to booking .com the manager said everything was good my money will be put back on my card I got a email today from booking .com say they have not gotten a response from the hotel
