I had a “deluxe tower suite” so I guess I expected more. Wind moved the curtains with the window closed. Bathroom fan didn’t work & no cold water in bathroom sink. Everything else was just okay…clean but dated. 1 of the 2 elevators were down 1/2 the week, making it a long wait to come or go. When checking out I was surprised the lady at the desk told me my card was “locked” because it wouldn’t process. They ran it at check in & had a “hold” on the entire balance. She kept asking for another card because this one wouldn’t work. After a ten minute discussion she typed it in manually and said the “it worked our system is old”. Just a lot of attitude & a waste of time for nothing.

Fantastic location & free parking. Value was decent & housekeeping was excellent. Complementary bathroom products were the best I’ve seen in awhile. Would stay here again, but it would NOT be my first choice.

Our room door was hard to open, the light in the bathroom did not work, i was not able to call the front desk from my room phone all i would get is a busy signal. Bad customer service

The sink in the room was not draining properly, and late at night, we had to call someone for repairs. Unfortunately, there is no room service or front desk number in the room. The water has a strong, unpleasant odor and is not drinkable. The room tends to be rather humid. There's only one shuttle per day, which doesn't even go to Animal Kingdom. Asked for service several times for different reason, but got same answer we can’t help.

The room is spacious with a large and comfortable bed, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. Price is not expensive.

The air circulation was very poor in the room and it was difficult to breathe. The room also had a lot of roaches.

The staff were very friendly and were extra accommodating due to the fact I had someone present that was handicap and unable to walk up stairs. They were able to find a room on the ground floor.

The room was a bit out dated and smelled musty.

The room was extremely dusty, to the point where I developed a painful rash an hour after walking into the room. You could easily tell the room hadn’t been properly cleaned weeks if not months. The shuttle to Disney only has 1 pick up and 1 drop off time, which does not change, even if the park opening hours are modified.

The staff was helpful while checking in and out. The driver of the shuttle to Disney was very friendly!

bed was king size, reservation was for 2 queen beds. bed was hard as a rock, like sleeping on box springs with no mattress, water leak from a/c on bathroom floor, had to mop up with towels. notified registration but no one came to check it out. Ive had better experience at quality Inns.

But need serious maintenance for plumbing and electrical and the filters need to be clean. Their was hair under the bed which confused me.
