The breakfast was really limited in options, with two types of bread, pancakes and pre cooked waffles. One type of egg, tee, juice and coffee, that was all. For couple of days there was no water to drink during breakfast. On the rooftop there was pizza offered and mini chips packages during couple of hours late afternoon, but they were limited max 2 slices per person).

Rooms were spacious and quiet, beds were comfortable, kitchen was big enough to cook some meals (we requested supplies during check in and got enough pots, dish wash detergent, sponge etc). We used the pool on the rooftop and the fitness center - both small but ok. Location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The breakfast. No meat options and one egg option, I definitely didn't like that. Yogurt wasn't the best. Only thing I enjoyed breakfast was mini pancakes and apple juice. Fruit and cereal options as well as bread options but you do have to wait to toast any of it and depending you may have a line

Location is perfect, very comfortable room and friendly staff

The access keys and/or their electronic reader no longer work 100%, they must give some maintenance to that "small" detail.

Shuttle service that was advertised was not convenient to use, you had to book 24 hours in advance so couldn’t use it the next day and when I did check it only ran at 7 am and 5 pm. The rooftop area was very nice but it closed by 8pm. Room was comfortable but cups/coffee were not replenished even on the 3rd day when they did come in and exchange towels and bedding.

Conveniently located to Universal and close to restaurants. Rooftop pool was nice and if you had the chance to be up there the staff that was up there was very nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Undercover parking available too.

It really wasn't a dislike. Just fancy for my age. Had to get used to the key use for the elevator and lights.

Location was great. Clise to everything. Felt like home. A little apartment or condo vibe

The breakfast was a mess. Lines after lines. Not the hotels fault though, other guests were a bit rude with skipping lines etc. The juice area and the toasting of the bread and waffles area were a bit too close I think.

Loved the roof terrace with the club level booking. Hilda was so nice and accomodating. The rooms are also spacious and has everything one needs.

Some gluten free options for breakfast would have made it perfect. Unable to access roof top pool at 1945 to get a drink when we checked in as closed for the night

Lovely apartment room with separate bedroom and comfy beds. Kitchenette/seating area very comfy also. Room quite. Rooftop pool access with snacks and drinks was a lovely suntrap to relax in. I trolley right outside door with plenty of eating places within easy walking distance. Lovely pool deck and view from dining room overlooking lake

Breakfast is something that definitely should be improved. At breakfast, the choice is very limited, the plates are paper and the cutlery plastic. Toast with American bread and sometimes there is a choice of egg, otherwise cheese and jam. Apples wrapped in foil, sometimes you can see other fruit, but it is a lottery. Coffee - well do not try.

I like the size of the family room which was very clean. Parking was for free and wifi was working very good. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately, after check-out, the hotel charged an additional fee of $350. After 2 weeks and many emails, I received information that we were punished for smoking in the room. This is not true! We are non-smokers. For more than 2 weeks we were unable to resolve the matter with the hotel even through Booking.com.

    The hotel is fine.

Breakfast variety was not good at all. (only toast, bagels, waffles, pancakes, or cereal) Pool and hot tub also close at 7:00 which I hated because by the time we got back from Universal, it was already closed. Also you need your room key for EVERYTHING. Front doors going into the hotel, the elevator, and even to turn the lights on in your room.

I absolutely love this hotel. Great location with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. There is also many souvenir shops right in front of the hotel. We took an Uber to Universal Studios which was only 5 minutes away. The room was very large and had a great view of the pool and lake. Rooms were cleaned well.
