lap pool hours. I would have loved to swim before or after work/activities... gym area is missing a quiet stretching area. It was difficult to find a quiet place to do yoga inside (it was raining during my stay).

rooms and grounds were picturesque and invite guests to relax. Rooms are very comfortable; seating areas outside of rooms are lovely.

For the price we paid we should have had daily housekeeping service. We called guest services to request towels, removal of garbage, and we got towels and they left the smelly wet towels and garbage. We ran out of soap and coffee, which were not replaced until we repeatedly asked for them. For a beautfil venue that is priced similar to other resorts in this area, this is unacceptable. Also, the chaise lounges by the pool are falling apart and need to be replaced. My daughter fell through one and she is NOT overweight.

The location is spectacular, nestled close to Snow Canyon. Free bike rentals Beautiful spa and pool area The restaurant and bar have a gorgeous view of the mountains and the gardens beside them made dining outside a treat.

Lovely stay just some minor things

The property needs some minor maintenance done. All kitchen door knobs were loose, tile in bathroom shower is coming off, faucet in kitchen needs to be replaced. Dish soap supply was out. No coffee replacements were offered and no daily checks done on towel replacements. Outside furniture was never wiped down and no cloths available to clean yourself. Another thing to note was dust on all the cupboard door lips. All minor but a bit of a list.

    The properties location was wonderful

Cost for value was not worth it. We were supposed to have 2 queens and got put into a king only with no notice for 3 people and a dog. There were no grass type pet areas anywhere we could find. The onsite food options were extremely scarce, expensive, and not really workable for vegetarians. They also don’t service the rooms daily and don’t leave ANY extra supplies like garbage bags or coffee.

The design and rooms were pretty nice. Staff seemed nice. Appreciated they were pet friendly. Pool was clean and heated. Nice to have balcony and security poles on the sliding doors were a feel good.

Scenic tranquil location, beautiful landscaping welcoming native birds - enjoy a delicious dinner at the spacious on-site restaurant, followed by star gazing and watching the moon rise with S'mores kits provided for the fire pit. Wake up early to watch the rising sun light up the red mountains; treat yourself to a relaxing massage from a professional competent masseuse after a dip in the swimming pool, that's also refreshing after a hike into awesome Snow Canyon State Park.

Too expensive for buffet should offer a menu. Too expensive for a small breakfast. A menu for breakfast would be good. My party doesn’t usually eat breakfast but wanted to have something small before we adventured out for the day.

    Food was good tasty. Location

I did not eat at the hotel restaurant, but it seemed very empty when I went to them to ask if they could give me two wine glasses. They did not give me glassware but did provide plastic cups. The Canyon counter closed by 6 so I wasn't able to try that either. The hammock near the building was pretty low to the ground and not very usable but fortunately there were plenty of other hammocks at the property. The hotel room was pretty dark on the inside. I think it could have been decorated with brighter tones.

The pool was very nice and they provided towels. It was very nice that they offered free waters and smores making ingredients in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and provided maps/information for e-bike rentals. The hotel also offered free bikes for guests to use. The AC worked very well in the room and the bathtub was huge. There was also a coffee shop very close to the hotel along with an E-bike rental and a little convenience store.

Rooms ok but not what I would expect for the price and for a "resort" Would have liked to have participated in the yoga, fitness etc but the prices were too high

Great location; beautiful hiking around the property - loved the labyrinth and inspiration hike.. Pools were great. Was a bit pricey and rooms not what I would expect for a "resort" but the grounds were beautiful..

Not all rooms have great views and the reception stuff aren't fully aware of it, I specifically booked a mountain view room, but it was ADA, so he changed it to a regular King room which I didn't mind but skipped the mountain view part entirely and told me that "it was all the same". Make sure you get the right building and the right room and don't rely on the receptionist unlike me. Overall, the service and comfort was okay, but for the price paid, I would expect quite a bit more.

The compound is as promised, well maintained and the stuff are very friendly

Had dinner at the resort. The menu is very limited and not broad enough for the only dining option. It should include more sandwiches, pastas, hamburgers, chicken, etc. The room itself is 3* ( stucco walls, popcorn ceiling,no bottled water). Bathroom is not up to upscale standards and quality.

The views. The grounds and views. Services were very good. All staff were friendly, positive and very service oriented.
