United StatesHmm where to start.... No deadbolt it was broken off and the door frame was broken off. The sight was dirty and trash all over. Didn't feel safe in the room. Phone didn't work and no cord to the phone. Alarm clock didn't work. Shower didn't drain. Comforters where dirty. Rugs were dirty. Cigarettes filters all over the ground. Partying group had cops called and then another group of cops showed up around 430 5 am. Only reason we stayed there was cause all other hotels were booked. I honestly would have been safer sleeping in my car. We shoved two chairs against the door. Lights at the table didn't work.

United StatesThe lobby was not clean. It was cluttered and not welcoming. It was very difficult to confirm the room. My husband and I had to call multiple times to make sure the room was confirmed. Apparently only the manager could look up our reservation and find some email. The first room had to be changed because it smelt of stale cigarette smoke, the lamp was clearly set on fire at some point and the blankets all had cigarette burns. The second room was no better. Again it smelled of stale cigarettes and beer. We gave up on that and used our own personal sprays to attempt to take over the stench. Because the room smelt that way our clothes ended up smelling like smoke and we do not smoke. We ended up getting headaches. The bedding again had cigarette burns in them. The carpet between the beds was wet and disgusting. We have no idea what it was and did not want to step on it even with our socks. The shower was decent but clearly the shower curtain had not been cleaned. We had to ask for another towel as there was only one when the room was ordered for two. The environment was terrible. Clearly multiple drug deals were made out in the open. There is absolutely no way the staff did not know. Many of the clientele seemed under the influence of substances. The fridge froze our water and food we had. This was honestly one of the worst experiences we had. There are signs stating that they pride themselves on cleanliness and clearly that's not the experience we had. The vending machine area at some point was also on fire. There were huge burn marks on the machines and a random Pitbull. This was definitely not worth the money that was spent.

I went across the street and got a clean, quiet and safe room at the Comfort Inn. Shame on you fir allowing your franchisee to run such a horrible establishment.

The room they assigned me smelled like death, raw fish, the floors were wet and it was absolutely disgusting. The staff was accommodating and provided a new room, which wasn't much better but good enough to at least sleep in.

United StatesMe and my guest had a HUGE problem with our housekeeper. She did NOT identify herself. She was very rude, talked over us continuously, tried barging in the room trying to push through the doorway where my guest was standing because she LEFT company cleaning supplies in a room that was SOLD to a customer. We then tried to check up on our complaint about the house keeper, and the house keeper ended up including herself in the conversation while having a nasty attitude as she did before and talking over me and my guest like stated in the complaint about her prior. The housekeeper even stated we were “only trying to get a free stay” because we were complaining. We had to tell the Wonderful Woman & Man behind the Lobby desk to watch the cameras and make their last judgement on the situation because the housekeeper kept interfering with the conversation. we were appalled.
I like the location of the property, it offers fresh food and fast food nearby.
