Room stank, doors did not shut completely making it easy to hear all type of noise, traffic, neighbors in and out talking. I will never use a motel 6 again, this was a last resort as everyone else was full and last minute booking

There wasn’t nothing negative other than couldn’t use pool, a kid pooped in pool. They had to close pool.

There was no fridge, microwave or coffee maker in the room. The ice machine and pool were broken and the main lights in my room were out. The sheets on my bed were dirty ☹️

Hair in the bed made me wonder if the sheets were changed, towels from previous guest still on the bathroom floor, the shower wasn’t cleaned, and the bathroom door couldn’t be closed because it ran into the bed

Had to switch rooms 3 times. First room had pubic hairs everywhere, second room had a huge bowel movement in the toilet and was clogged. After flushing toilet twice, there was still BM as piston the photo below. The third room had blood splatter on the dust ruffle and wall. It was a nightmare.

The first room we were given had water all over the bathroom floor. We were moved to a different room and the shower was not very clean, the sheets had horrible dark marks/stains. After contacting the desk, they provided clean linens but I had to change them myself. The next morning I took a shower at 5 am and there was no hot water.

The staff was responsive and after many issues we were given a 30% discount for our difficulties.

I checked out, and I was staying with a guest. We both left. Somehow the guest got back into the room and Motel six charged me on my credit card even though I wasn’t there. And I had checked out I had signed off on the bill me and my guest were gone so I don’t know how they got back into the room or why I got charged again.

I told you I liked nothing

I did not like anything about my stay I had to go to hospital and when I did out came cockroaches in my bag and a bed bug was on my hand . The room was full of cockroaches crawling all over the whole room it was disgusting. And the beds were full of bed bugs and uncomfortable I left at 4 am when I couldn't take anymore . I am disgusted with the whole thing and I want my money back immediately .it was the worst stay of my life and now I have to throw away all my bags I do not want to bring them home with me .I am super upset.

Cleanliness was seriously lacking and non-smoking room was not non- smoking.

Took one sniff of room and photographed filthy sheets and shower and went back to the front desk and got a refund and left.

The room was as described , the shower was great and they also provided iron box when asked. THe coffee was also freshly brewed and staff were really friendly.

They accused me of being on drugs and refused to rent me a room... I only rent rooms here due to location and price... The time 6 Steve the chaffed and usually have cock roaches... There was room that hair on the shower and a centipede in the bathroom...

Our bathroom smelled like piss, our sink had severe leak, and it had the most uncomfortable bed I've ever had at a hotel

Staff was very nice and helpful. It was a place to sleep for the night and it came with a fridge and pool
