The AC in the bottom bedroom didn’t blow cold air. It was hot. There was mold in the bathroom around the tub.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have coffee available. There were a lot of repairs that need to happen. The shower head in the upstairs was not attached properly, the shade in upstairs bedroom was broken. The stair just before the landing is a different color from the rest and I missed it twice while there and hurt my foot. The filter for the air conditioner was absolutely filthy.

The location to everything was absolutely great, just a mile or so from everything. The cabin itself was very pretty and the view was great. Having a jacuzzi tubs in each room was very cool.

It would have been helpful to have instructions on how to use the gas grill along with instructions on what to do with the trash. We also didn't have any knows for the bottom level shower, so my boys had to go to the very top floor to take showers. The staff was very helpful and kind when I called in with questions. Other than that it was very nice and comfortable. We certainly would stay there again!

The location was very close to many of the attractions. It was quiet even with having neighbors so close.

It’s a resort with cabins stacked on top of each other. Pictures make it look like it’s a secluded cabin. Could hear the neighbors conversation sitting in the hot tub and they weren’t yelling, just cabins are very close to each other. It’s also a duplex.

We had to login on our Netflix to watch tv and most places we’ve stayed already have it logged in. You couldn’t use the spa tubs in the cabin because the tub would fill a quarter way up and the water would turn cold, luckily they had a hot tub so it was okay. The door had a crack in the bottom of it so it was definitely cold when we first got there, but was okay after we turned the heat on. The fireplace upstairs wouldn’t work but the one down stairs did. It was also a split cabin, not a whole cabin. I must’ve misread when booking because I thought it was the whole cabin. It was kind of set up like townhouses. Still nice but too close to neighbors to where you could hear everything.

Loved the hot tub and the bed was super comfy. The views were good.

The hot tub wouldn’t work. The AC in the basement still didn’t work even after a lot of reviews mentioned it was broken. The set up isn’t ideal if you have small children. People kept taking our parking space so we had nowhere to park.

The hot tub didn’t work at all which is the main reason I booked this one so I am very dissatisfied with that, it was pretty dusty in there, the walls in the upstairs bathroom are very dirty, the sink was also clogged in there but I fixed that myself, and there’s a crack in the front door that you can see through.

The ac in the basement room doesn't work and blows warm air. Also, the sink in the bathroom in the kitchen sprays water all over the place.

The cabin was in a nice location and could see the firework/Drone show from the top balcony. The cabin was cozy inside and out. Hot tub was very nice as well.

The cabin was severely dirty. There are lots of safety issues. The name on the cabin is not the same as one in booking. There are a lot of damage threw out the cabin that has not been repaired. Does not state that parking is accommodating to small compact cars only.It does not state three floors with one bedroom upstairs and the other downstairs. The dryer does not work. The upstairs shower is big enough for a small child. The shower knob falls off in your hand. The main entry door knob is severely loose and barely latches door closed.

Stains were on the main mattress cover, drapes were dusty, crackers and cheetos were on the floor. Fireplace did not work. The couch was uncomfortable in living room.
