Didn't use pool because had to go out into 30° weather to get to it, then back out in it again... also, the bed was not the most comfortable, springy.

Great set up for 2 room family suite, separate area for kids and adults. Fireplace was lovely, balcony an added bonus!

there were only two things I didn't like....I did not like how close the toilet was to the wall. I mean, it was very snug. the other thing was the fact there was no ledge, step, or anything to help get in/out of the jacuzzi. getting in wasn't too bad, but stepping out was a bit worrisome. but we made it safe and sound. and it may not be that way in all the rooms with a jacuzzi. (: but these two things are not game changers for us. overall, we loved our stay!

Not going to lie, I was skeptical at first, as this was a new hotel for me, but the room was nice and clean!! the price was great!! and i love that there wasnt a deposit we had to put down! Check in and out was a breeze. I loved the fact we got the 'coupon' for Reagans house of pancakes, and if we wanted the buffet, it was only $5 per person! My favorite!!! (: the view wasn't too bad. loved the little river/creek behind the hotel, i could see it from our balcony! and patriot park is right behind the hotel, so we could see some of the christmas lights!!! so pretty!! and i loved all the christmas decorations inside the lobby and around the place!

This place was a hidden gem for us. Property was clean…front desk was very kind…Our room had a fireplace and a spa tub which was huge…water was hot and it was clean. Bathroom was updated and nice. Bed was comfy. Balcony view was great. We look forward to coming back.

Bed was so uncomfortable. You can hear everything in the hallways, we had to keep the tv on to drown out noise.

The garbage pick up at 3:30am was a bit aggravating but that's nothing the Hotel can control and every place on the strip has that to contend with.

The location is perfect, you can even walk to several really great restaurants and shops. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable.

Not a fan of the indoor pool, but the kids don't mind.

Love the layout of the room--king bed room and queen room separated by a hall where the sink and bathroom are located. Love the balcony but it is shared, but we travel and need two rooms so this is great for us. Love the cabinet with mini sink and counter space.

Breakfast provided by Reagans Pancake House across the main road / Parkway was of low quality, but the buffet wasn’t terrible considering it was only a $5 upgrade charge per person. We did not order from the menu so I cannot say if the quality improves when not eating the buffet.

The pool was a clean but the water level was a little low.

We were very pleased with the entire stay. The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable. The pancake/ buffet breakfast is great. The facilities was clean and kept up.

We loved the location. Our room looked out over the Old Mill Restaurant. It was very nice and clean. The staff was welcoming and very friendly.

Our pool key didn't work after one night and we had to get another at the front desk. I wish there could have been some type of fan in the second room within our room as it got hot being so far from the unit.

Loved the location, cleanliness, views from the balcony, and price value. The turn down service was great!
