I love the way the room feels like a 2 bedroom with the additional door and bathroom in the middle! The location is wonderful! The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that I asked for all 3 rooms to be on the same floor and they weren’t. I had 2 right beside each other and the other was on the 3rd floor

I liked how quiet the hotel was and how friendly the staff and other people who stayed were so nice.

The breakfast is at Reagan’s pancake house. Location is great! Rooms are very nice! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here many times.😉

A shelf in the bathroom! The height of the bathtub was a little tricky for me because of my knees, but I managed.

We did not eat breakfast at Riverside, or use the free pancake breakfast coupon given to us. We ate breakfast with our family at a nearby campground. But thank you! We may use another time if we return! We also enjoyed the great views of the river!

Needs updating on the outside but the inside was better than the outside and appeared to be recently updated.

We were very pleased with our room. The bed was the best hotel bed that we have slept on. Loved the tiling in the bathroom. And was excited to have a balcony to set and watch the city and a beautiful backdrop of the Smokies. We didn’t use the Jacuzzi for fear of not being able to get out. lol.

Breakfast was great. Opted for the buffet. The wait staff were very kind.

The beds were horrible, very hard, So if you need a soft bed.. this is not it. There was a coffee pot but no coffee provided in the room, but found out the day we were leaving we had to ask for it. . I was disappointed that there was not a door to the king side of the room for privacy. Also the AC/Heat was only on the king side of the room. So you couldn't shut the door on the queen side. The indoor pool is a good size and people were in it. However, it didn't look clear.

The location was great. We had a room on the river side on level 3. It was a great view with the baloney. It was quiet at night. I liked having the two rooms. The fridge was a decent size along with the microwave. The bathroom was a good size and clean. Staff was great.

The hotel wasn’t secure. Anyone could enter by steps of elevator. Our fireplace didn’t work. Coffee pot didn’t have a basket so we couldn’t use it. No coffee was included in our room. No iron or ironing board.

Good location. Perfect room location. We could see the river and down Parkway to the Ferris wheel. Parking garage had easy access to side road.
