It was a little bit cold sleeping next to the window, but worth for the stunning view on the river!

Great value for money in a very central location! Close to everything and perfect to explore New York. We really liked the amazing view from the hotel room and friendliness of staff. There is free coffee & tea as well in the lobby. Would definitely come back again!

Location of the hotel was perfect for my trip and the amenities were spot on. I was solo travelling and felt very safe walking in that area at night. The decor was really nice and modern and to a good standard. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only thing I didn’t like was the location of the air con in my room which was right above the head of the bed. So if it was on it would blow air directly on to you, and then if it was off it made this sound constantly. I’m a light sleeper so had to wear ear plugs to drown the noise out as I struggled to sleep without them. Apart from that I loved staying at the hotel and for the price it’s amazing value.

This is incredible value. A clean room in a great location in Manhattan. The rooms are very small.

The initial room we received was VERY tiny - barely enough space for 2 tall adults + 2 suitcases. There was no place to put anything, let alone move around. We were shocked but had very little time to figure out how to manage. When we returned back to our room, late at night after our event, we found that the window would not completely close and there was cold air flowing in. We propped some pillows up against it and managed to sleep with the heat on. The next morning, the hotel staff moved us to another room - much more normal in size!!! A much better experience!!! The location - perfect for the Upper West Side and Mid town Manhattan. Overall satisfied, and we would definitely book again if we are sure not to end up with the tiny room.

Clean, crisp, great shower, comfortable bed. View of the Hudson River from our room on the 14th floor. 5 minute walk from Subway 1, 2, & 3, which all go to Times Square. Great hotel.

All good, except for one thing: the beds are very short. Fine for single people (sleep diagonal) or short people, but would have been hard to share.

Beds a little hard for me!

Stayed for 1 night with our 4 year old March 22 to 23. Great location, clean hotel, rooms small but comfortable. The 2 room suite was great. No issue with outside noise. Staff super friendly. Will be back to stay no hesitation!

Nothing to complain about, everything was great!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful at all times. The room was clean and well equipped. I was even allowed to leave my luggage after check out as I had my flight later that day. The location is perfect, very safe neighborhood with lots of interesting shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

The bathroom floor is dangerous, very slippery. Another thing that disappointed me was that I paid for room service cleaning and it was not done on any day. I had to take out my trash and give it to the maid.

Cleanness was perfect. The tea and coffee available in the front desk was perfect too. People are so kind and respectful.

My room was tiny (no wardrobe, no table nor chairs), which I didn't mind since I was outside for most of the day, There were two cupboards underneath the bed which I used to store my clothes. I could hear plumbing noises (water running through the walls) practically all the time, it didn't bother me at daytime, but I had to sleep with earbuds. Again, I didn't mind but other people might.

Great location at the Upper West Side, in a quiet residential area with lots of restaurants and cafes.. The hotel is very close to a subway station (79th street) with direct connection to Midtown (20 mins to Times Square/Penn Station) and Downtown. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Wifi was good. There was a small gym and a water dispenser. They also offered coffee in the morning.
