This was a pleasant surprise. It is an enormous hotel with many amenities. For your free breakfast you actually get to order from a menu. This is the best complimentary breakfast I've had in a hotel anywhere near this price point by far. The staff was very friendly and nice even though they were slamming busy. The rooms were actually very quiet considering the amount of guests they had. One thing I'm not happy with booking about is that places can say pet friendly but not disclose the terms or additional fees I think this hotel was $10 I'm not sure if it was per pet or for pets in general. I felt that was reasonable and they have their pet friendly rooms down by the pool building where there's a nice green grassy area to take pets out. All in all we were very happy with this stay.

Out of the hotels control but small children jumping in the spa/hot tub using it like a pool,making it hard to relax. In past experiences small children are normally not allowed in the spa and there's signage indicating such.

The showerhead made to water pressure (already under mandated restrictions) worse by either being worn out and old old needing to be cleaned from build-up that almost all showerheads get. We brought this and another minor concerns to the desk when we checked out and they were happy we pointed it out so they could fix it.

The room was nice, the staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was an actual breakfast and not just a snack bar of granola, small cereal boxes or instant oatmeal packets.

The giant, new-looking tv didn’t work. They offered us another room but we were too tired from travelling all day to bother moving at that point.

Looks like it’s been recently updated and they did a nice job on the rooms. Clean, comfortable and the staff are very nice.

The menu. You should give more options, and why can't I have breakfast for dinner or hamburger fir breakfast. Your coffee is awful and so is the price for it. I can see why you don't have the guests like you used too.

Too limited. It was good. Definitely better than the prime rib the night before. The hot tub was wonderful. You should give housekeepers more time for cleaning.

No soap dish in the shower, and upon entering the room, it was cold, and trying to regulate the heat was impossible as we set it for 68, but the room got hotter. It was like the thermostat wasn't operating right in room 138. Thank you. Also the floor under a table tat could easily move was diry and found a small useed baggy by the only chair in the room.

The bed was excellent. The breakfast was great, and the time it was available was great. The room was quiet as well.

Helpful staff, easy check in. Large clean room. Nice bathroom. Refrigerator in room. Adequate exercise room. Swimming pool available. Nice restaurant with a great breakfast. Wonderful service.

Large, clean rooms. Good value. Quiet on the top floor. Dogs allowed on the ground floor...maybe we'll bring ours next time. Refrigerator and microwave so took the fixings for our own breakfast. Adjoining restaurant and bar were convenient for dinner...good basic food.

Beds weren't that comfy, blankets were short. Front desk was super slow, and didn't acknowledge us and let us know he'd be with us. Kids running up and down the hall screaming for a bit.

We liked that it was nice and cool, quiet, and modern. We have stayed before, and will be staying again. We were able to park closeby.

It is an older property, maybe 40 years, so it could use a renovation of old carpet, and improving wiring. Had problems with TV connectivity, and computers.

The Inn is nicely located near the airport, yet it is very quiet. I had a dog, and the entire lower floor is okay for dogs. No worries about occasional barking, or walking the pet at odd hours. Guests without pets are on different floors. The staff is very helpful, and kind. There is a connected restaurant/pub which also does room service. That was really helpful, so I didn’t have to worry about getting a meal and dealing with dog.

The water pressure in the shower was bad. I could barely get the shampoo out of my hair.

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. It was great having a shuttle to our event and back.
