How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There was nothing I didn't like.
Easy to get where I was going. And the restaurant was so sweet even though we would go right before it closed.

Been coming to Rogue Regency for almost 15 years off and on. Been a few years so we were excited to stay here and go to Chadwick's and everything. Clearly NO updates or evening maintenance has been done in a very long time. Our "ground" level room had lots of visible water damage and everything seemed just very old and dated. The hallways are NOT heated and the carpet has to be 40 years old. I don't know... I want to love the place again but you can tell whomever owns it now doesn't really give and "f's" anymore.
It's dog friendly. Like the comedy show at Chadwick's. The location is really good. Gosh...having a hard time getting the yellow bar to turn green...ope,... there it goes. Used to LOVE the Rogue Regency...

We ask for upper floor and back of property dues ti freeway in front
The location was the best - close to Airport and everything. The staff was great, super helpful. The hotel is older but very clean and the bed was comfy .. comes with a great breakfast to start your day Best breakfast compare to other lite continental type breakfast..

The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The pillows were like bricks. All three of us hated them. Wish the pool wasn’t in a separate building. You have to walk across the parking lot entrance to get to and from it.
Airport shuttle and parking half as much as the airport. Plus they have you park in the lit area with cameras. Pool and hot tub were perfect other than not being in the same building.

Not a thing other than the pop/water machine eats my money with no return

Lack of basic amenities. No microwave in room, no coffee maker, not even a glass of cup for water. Bright Light and loud fan go on automatically upon entering bathroom, even in middle of the night.
Rooms were very clean.

Rude lady at the front desk. Hotel loss all power while we were there. No update or information on how long power will be off. Hotel needs upgrading, very run down.

It was kinda a long walk to the pool. Not much that you can do about that. My mom is older with a replacement knee So next time I will request a room closer to that end of the building.
The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Like the other reviews, the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay again in the future.

Room was noisy. Floor joist above us creaked and popped loud enough to wake me, even with the fan on. Bought earplugs for the 2nd night which helped some. Also could hear vacuuming of lobby/hallway at 9:30 at night.
Easy to find. Parking was adequate, breakfast was fine.
