Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAt checkin we were asked if we were needing the bus transfer to the airport the next morning which we booked for 7.15. We were in reception by 7.15, 2 others were there before 7.10. We were told that the driver had been and gone when we checked around 7.25. So may I suggest the driver comes into the foyer to ask before driving off. Sachets of extra creamer could be given out separately rather than packets of stuff which is thrown away. Too much plastic being used

United StatesI was told that there was a shuttle service affiliated with the hotel. I went where the clerk told me and called to tell her that I was waiting exactly where I was told. Forty minutes later, no shuttle driver. At this point it was getting close to 9 pm I called the same number several times and was informed by a recording that the office was too busy to answer. I ended up taking a taxi there. When I arrived there was no one in the lobby but the same clerk. At the end of a very long day, this is not very good service. I would recommend that anyone considering this hotel to do their own valuation first.
The room was clean enough but the bathroom was postage stamp size. I'm not a very big person but I couldn't move around in the space without whacking my elbows on the shower from the toilet or sink. The room was large enough to expand the bathroom an extra foot.

United StatesName. A taxi took us to the wrong hotel, just two blocks away. It's name was also garden hotel. The woman working the desk took 15 minute to check in the person in front of us. You could not understand her, she shouldn't have that job working alone. When we go to ask about our reservations she said you have the wrong hotel. What's with naming two hotels two block front each other the same name. She said this happens all the time.
The person working this hotel was outstanding. The woman at this hotel also said that every night the name causes problems for travelers. Shame on the Wyndham brand!!!!!

TurkeyI choosed the hotel for pick up shuttle but It did not come during 2.5 hours between 8 pm and 10.30 pm which hotel shared to us as a shuttle time. I called the number what they shared to me for calling but there was no answer excluding telesecretary. I paid for Uber unfortunately. But facility management team found a solution after that thanks.
We liked to location, front office worker was focused for her job and was good, room was enough good. After breakfast sit at the garden and drink tea, listen to birds.

NorwayThe shuttle bus does not belong to them and it was hard to get a pick up and called hotel a few times to arrange a pick up and it ended with us taking an UBER. Breakfast was included and was terrible .. only unhealthy and all carbs .. basically waffle and bagels and sugar .. nothing at that breakfast was healthy .. so I recommend going out to eat a proper breakfast

United StatesThe room was a little rough. Outlets next to the bed sis not work. There was a lack of outlets throughout the room. There was a gap on the door that allowed light in from the hallway. One of the beds appeared to not have the sheets changed. Luckily we just need one, so we slept in the clean one. We were only in the room for a short 6 hour layover.
The location is great. Uber was $10 from airport.
