Needs an update in the kitchen and bathrooms

I would definitely stay here again in the future if and when I return to Cocoa Beach. Location was amazing, close to everything. The only reason I didn't give the review excellent on all was because it needs to have the kitchen and bathrooms updated. Thanks

The unit is showing its age a little and although the furniture has been updated, the kitchen and bathrooms could use a little attention.

We have stayed in this complex before and love the location. This particular condo has a decent view of the beach, and was well-equipped.

The location was great, seeing the ocean and launch pads from the balcony was great! The condo was comfortable! Also, it was close enough to the Cape Canaveral port to see the SpaceX ships!

We loved our stay. I loved watching the sunrise from the balcony. The beach and pool were great. The beach chairs were an added bonus. The restaurants in the area were good. It was just a short drive to all of them. Everyone we met was nice. The owner, Keith, was very responsive when asked a question and was very nice. We had a great family vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay and everything about this condo. We are already looking to book again this year. We are locals that have found the best spot for us to do weekend/week stays. The condo was so nice and updated compared to other rooms. The room was so clean and comfy. The pool was always clean. The owner is nice and responds quickly to any questions. We will be regulars!! The property next door is undergoing demolition, something that can't be controlled, just a bit of an eye sore.

The condo was very roomy and clean. Balcony views of the ocean were exceptional. I would definitely stay there again. The owner was attentive to our needs. The property and grounds are well cared for.

There was a bad smell coming from the drains in one of the bathrooms. I poured some cleaning fluid in it and I think it solved the issue but we avoided using that one anyway.

Right on the beach, you can hear the ocean waves, easy parking, full kitchen, secure building, and an amazing location. Can see the launch pad unabstructed. Lots of items you can take to the beach. Area outside to rinse off sand.

Missing some ground coffee for the first morning ;-)

We stayed there with 2 couples and loved it. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean well equipped with a great sea view (you even see all the way to Kennedy space center) . Pool, jacuzzi and direct beach access ! We loved it ! Dennys across the street for breakfast, easy access and free parking ! everything was there ! We even extended our stay to a second night !!
