Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicWe had problems with the valet parking. We requested our car to be ready at 6am, both times it was not there and at the check out we had to wait for 40 min, as the receptionist couldn’t reach the valet guys.. just feel that 50 USD was not worth for this service…
Great hotel with the long history, centrally located, very comfortable big (but cozy) room with the fireplace (!), big bathroom, huge and comfortable bed. We loved the restaurant onsite and had fund exploring the premises and reading facts about the history, including checking the diary elevator in Portland located inside the hotel building.

The historic 19th century architecture makes this an amazing hotel to stay in. Our room was spacious with large windows, great views and a comfortable bed. The bar downstairs was nice and had live music while we were there, which was wonderful.

United StatesThere wasn’t much to complain about. I do like a microwave to heat up leftovers in the room and i wished there was one in the closet.
My husband and I got the corner suite, perfect size. The On site restaurants are a huge plus and absolutely delicious. With interning character in the rooms and the adorable green knob doors. I enjoyed walking around and it was quiet and relaxing.
