My only complaint is the coffee pods in the room were not good.

Amazing location, beautiful views, very clean room. Friendly staff, our flight landed late, I called hotel to ask for a pack n play, they had it set up in our room for our arrival and made things so easy on us!

The pool area was messy with used towels laying around and patio furniture moved out of place, even though only a few people were up there. We had hoped to find a couple unused, dry chairs but we were out of luck.

The location and view are excellent. Beds are very comfortable. We stay at this Silver Cloud location every time we come to town. This time we were given a complimentary room upgrade which was a wonderful and appreciated surprise.

Very modern and well designed. The rooms was large with a great view of the bay. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Had a nice conversation with the bartender late Saturday night about history of the Ruston Point development.

Beautiful property right on the waterfront. We were here for a wedding reception and decided to stay the night at the property with a group of friends also attending the wedding. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. One of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in in a while in terms of amenities, space and comfort. We found the beds very comfortable, and we love that there was a little bar area in the room with a fridge and a sink for drinks. Bathroom was also large with two sinks and a beautiful shower. While we weren't able to use all the amenities on the property since we were there for the wedding, we saw the gym and it looked very well equipped and spacious with new equipment. There is also a pool up top and a spa in the ground floor,, and a nice restaurant where we were able to grab drinks after the reception. The location is also great since Point Ruston is a nicely built up shopping and community area now. Plenty to do around the property.

The property faced the water, as well as a beautiful view of Mount Rainier. I loved the fountain for the children and the pathway to walk and bike along the water and being close to nature, as well as the property is located in an area, which really doesn’t need transportation. Everything is right there.

The snacks and drinks in the 24hour mini store they had were way overpriced, I bought one small rebull for $5.

Staff was AMAZING, rooms and location were BEAUTIFUL. Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely will be back. Thank you to Nick and all of the Valet staff for being so welcoming!! Highly recommend going down to eat at the restaurant in the lobby. The bar vibes and food were magnificent.

Did not like the carpet in the room. Also expecting room service available, which was not the case. They asked me to pick up the food myself which is not my idea of room service. Valet parking only available which madethe stay more expensive. Other options in the area at similar price. Hard to find as there is a sister property 2 miles down the road and if one does not really check which hotel is booked, one ends up at the wrong one...

Location in a new developement is very good - close to waterfront with waking paths and restaurants. As it is a new hotel, the interior was quite modern which I like a lot. Bathroom was really spacious!

There were hidden costs that was irritating. Guests really do not have much choice in regards to valet parking or using adjacent public parking.
