It would have been nice to have a room service option for breakfast.

The staff was so pleasant! Our view was amazing and the room was so clean and nice. It was a great way to spend our wedding night!

The in-room ironing board did not have a pad on it. I had to use a towel under my clothes while ironing. It would have been nice to have at least one extra bath towel.

The staff were very friendly. Hotel is fresh and clean.

everything was exceptional, the property is nicely designed and the staff was super nice. location is amazing the beds were by far the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept on and the pillows were comfortable to. definitely would rate them 5 stars

The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Loved chatting it up with them. Made me want to just unpack and hang out at the front desk. Felt bad for them though, hot day and they had to be in their suit coats.

A smile !! respect! lied and said the restaurant closes.at 2:30 can't accommodate my quest. Had to take and meet my lunch quest at Harbor Lights awesome service. Front desk was not helpful. Asia Manger was awful. Ask about my parking. Told me i had to pay when i was told no fee for parking included valet parking!!! black girl told me if i could prove it and show it to her on the website can honor it!! still got time!!? when I left my room. A wonderful man came up to help me with my things i had received from my quest he said he don't work weekends. I said to him you are the best and only one made me feel appreciated for staying here. the front desk did not once smile or asked how my stay was. our even goodby or thank you!!! i sacrificed a lot to stay here and rest on my birthday.!! i was treated. Badly from day one !!! These kinds of people would tear down what this owner has built to be successful! i retired in sales and customer service. I was the Best. made over millions. a year for the company and have rewards to prove it today. why? because i treated the business as my very own! i was number one in sales !! in all 4 states. it did not matter the boss was white. I was grateful for the opportunity.to represent the company. With dignity and class great customer service, what makes any place worth coming back too. When Seattle are full of great hotels with waterfronts. CUSTOMER SERVICE!! IT TOOK A PARKING GUY ATTENDANT TO COMFORT ME ! WOW OVERALL THE ROOM WAS WONDERFUL!! GREAT VIEW !!

The breakfast was good. The service. was awful! The lady restaurant manager was very Rude! never smiled. it was my birthday she ruined my day! act if i had not a right to eat or stay here. She was the worse!! went to my room and cried. people like that would ruin. The business. In Bellevue I would have never been treated that way!!

There is nothing to not like about this place.

5 star hotel. Room size is larger than typical hotel room so that’s nice. Enough restaurants within walking 5 min walk from hotel is very convenient. Rooftop heated pool and jacuzzi were great! Exercise room is good size. Located by water w walking trail is wonderful.

Because we stay here a week at a time the mini fridge is used quite a bit. Unfortunately, we've been having problems with food and drinks freezing. The outside window sill has built up dead bugs. They need to sweep it with a broom more often. One time, it was so bad I had to tell them to clean it which they did immediately. They are awesome!

We love this place. This is our 5th week in the last couple of months due to a flood from the pipe burst at our house. Waking up to the view of Puget Sound is spectacular! Rooms 541 and 543 has the best view. Every staff members are friendly and helpful. They seem to enjoy their job. The hotel is clean and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and hot tub. Great place to ride a bike by the rustin way and onto the 5-mile ride at Point Defiance. There are lots of restaurants you can choose from and they all are great including theirs, Copper and Salt.

The weather sucked. Do not like valet parking EVER!! That being said, valet was fast, helpful and so pleasant.

The only I didn't like was being close to the elevator. You can hear others talking late at night.

Great service from the time we checked in. The front desk staff were so courteous and helpful. My husband and I had an amazing view from our room of Mount Rainier and incredible sunsets. The rooms are clean and spacious. Next time I'm bringing my roller skates, there's so much to see and do.

We had problems with the mini fridge, it's been freezing our drinks and food. We've had it swapped out with a different one but the same thing. I believe it's the model. They need to eliminate them and replace them with a better brand.

No robes in a king deluxe sea view room. No food/room service? Nice to have pool but could be a little more luxurious and no view of the sound? View room-bird poop on view room windows.
