There was nothing I didn’t like, the only reason I held back some stars as we went off season and couldn’t use the pool. Also was a first trip. I will be back and award full points if I was more than just lucky - was a really great place.

Spacious, clean, secure and great facilities- kitchen, washer, dryer, everything you need . I arrived on my own as a female traveler and felt secure in this property, especially as the concierge is available at the desk 24/7

It's a great place, for New York the price was fantastic as well!!

It's just a great place to stay for NYC. The metro access is ideal, it's also right next to Staten Island ferry to see the statue. Not to mention easy to get to Brooklyn. Great neighbourhood too if you want to shop / see Wall Street.

It’s difficult to find charming restaurants in the area.

This is our fifth stay here. The rooftop is amazing. The gym is very good. The studio with city view is true perfection. They provide good quality complimentary items like coffee, tea, sugar, dishwasher soap, etc. Now there’s a Whole Foods store a few blocks form the building, that is very close to the Metro.

Prices, but that's a NY issue overall. Actually Sonder's fees are very competitive.

The location is fantastic, a beautiful + modern and not so busy area of NYC. Room size is great, bed is comfortable and all appliances are brand new. Great WIFI, highly recommended.

The beds were clean and the bedding was comfortable but the bed itself was not comfortable at all, very hard and made it difficult to get a restful nights sleep.

The location was perfect for our travel plans, we only wish we could have stayed longer! Will definitely be back.

Needs specific instructions about where the air con control panel is because it was hidden behind the tv. Air con was very noisy. Key code stopped working at 10:30 but check out isn’t til 11am. Also cleaning staff were stood waiting right outside our door, talking and obviously waiting for us to check out. Their carts were blocking the corridor and made no attempt to move them for us to get past with our cases.

A couple of things I didn't mind for my self, but I could understand if bother other people, like the mattress was quite hard, and the AC was quitr noisy... like I said, I didn't mind, but I can see other people could complain about it.

The pool was very cold and the opening hours are really bad for tourists. They also forgot to open it up in time 2x.

While in the end, the pool was open during our stay, it was not clearly advertised that the pool was supposed to be closed after Memorial Day. (If you are reading this review in 2024, the pool is closed from October I heard). Most tourist attractions are further north, not the hotel's fault just something to consider. $50 for a room clean seemed steep. Minor one - the room was very dark even with all lights on.

Modern appliances, good bathroom fit out, clean. Good location for lower Manhattan. Felt very safe in the area around the hotel. Staff were super friendly. The room was absolutely massive, and had a very well fit out kitchen. The bed was also very big.

When we arrived, the freezer in the room was not closed and was leaking. The drains in the bathroom and sink were clogged. You have to wait a long, very, very long time for the elevator.

great location and the view from the window is just awesome. metro 5 minutes away. room is big and spacious, in fact its an apartment. a decent kitchen (this was very important to me), not just a microwave and a kettle

Everything was great.

Our room was so big that was nice and we also had a kitchen which was great. We also had a washing machine and a dryer, that was awesome. The rooftop with the pool was amazing. And we really liked that everything was in the sonder app and we didn’t even need to use a card for our room.

Fantastic location. Fantastic facilities. Quiet bright rooms. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Swimming pool and roof terrace with stunning views. Easy access to ferry, busses and three metro lines. Short walk to Wall Street and Battery Park. Will stay again.
