Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was nothing I didn’t like, the only reason I held back some stars as we went off season and couldn’t use the pool. Also was a first trip. I will be back and award full points if I was more than just lucky - was a really great place.
Spacious, clean, secure and great facilities- kitchen, washer, dryer, everything you need . I arrived on my own as a female traveler and felt secure in this property, especially as the concierge is available at the desk 24/7

It's just a great place to stay for NYC. The metro access is ideal, it's also right next to Staten Island ferry to see the statue. Not to mention easy to get to Brooklyn. Great neighbourhood too if you want to shop / see Wall Street.

This is our fifth stay here. The rooftop is amazing. The gym is very good. The studio with city view is true perfection. They provide good quality complimentary items like coffee, tea, sugar, dishwasher soap, etc. Now there’s a Whole Foods store a few blocks form the building, that is very close to the Metro.

The location is fantastic, a beautiful + modern and not so busy area of NYC. Room size is great, bed is comfortable and all appliances are brand new. Great WIFI, highly recommended.

United KingdomNeeds specific instructions about where the air con control panel is because it was hidden behind the tv. Air con was very noisy. Key code stopped working at 10:30 but check out isn’t til 11am. Also cleaning staff were stood waiting right outside our door, talking and obviously waiting for us to check out. Their carts were blocking the corridor and made no attempt to move them for us to get past with our cases.

United KingdomWhile in the end, the pool was open during our stay, it was not clearly advertised that the pool was supposed to be closed after Memorial Day. (If you are reading this review in 2024, the pool is closed from October I heard). Most tourist attractions are further north, not the hotel's fault just something to consider. $50 for a room clean seemed steep. Minor one - the room was very dark even with all lights on.
Modern appliances, good bathroom fit out, clean. Good location for lower Manhattan. Felt very safe in the area around the hotel. Staff were super friendly. The room was absolutely massive, and had a very well fit out kitchen. The bed was also very big.

great location and the view from the window is just awesome. metro 5 minutes away. room is big and spacious, in fact its an apartment. a decent kitchen (this was very important to me), not just a microwave and a kettle
