the handicap room was okay BUT the bathroom has stain/mold in tile, floor drain is disgusting, plumbing access in wall open, toilet seat does NOT fit the toilet. Room door DOES NOT SHUT completely, therefore the locks do not operate properly. Hard to relax when occupants can see into hallway a bit from room.

Replace the mattresses. The bed was so hard that it felt like I was laying on a sheet of plywood overed with a sheet. I actually used my pillows as a mattress to add some softness so I could sleep. It would also have been nice to have a small table in the room for eating takeout.

The friendly staff was friendly and accommodating, they exceeded expectations. The room was large and very clean. The hotel was very quiet which made it very pleasant, especially at night. Overall my stay was very good.

We had issue with the TV self remote and the regular TV remote. First, the self TV remote would not scan onto cell phone. I report that to front desk and ask for IT. IT had gone home. They gave me a regular TV remote, the TV screen indicated no signal connected. This process took about an hour until they finally decided to offer and give me another room.

The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. I let the front desk know about this when I checked out. The TV reception was very choppy. The bedding was sparse. I could have used either better pillows or perhaps a couple extra pillows and a blanket too. The shower head was old and did not spray well. The water pressure in the shower was so low that it took a significantly longer time to shower.

Everything was pretty good. The pool and spa were nice. The room was large and we had plenty of privacy with the door between the two parts of the room.

Charging for parking my car is not something I was happy about. I have never stayed at a hotel and been charged for non valet parking.

In the parking lot, a suspicious person was asking for money from people. He didn't seem to cause any trouble but he did stay in the parking lot area for a while.

Trash was not picked up at the outdoor trash can that I had to pass on the way to the car. 1 guest was continuously smoking pot outside side entrance. Smelled.

Walk out to the courtyard and across walkway to the pool and hot tub. Quiet, nice comfortable room. Great TV. Nice common areas.

the shower head was awful and barely spit out any water and the pillows were absolutely awful. Both of these dislikes did not make me dislike the property at all. I would absolutely stay here again. I just would bring my own pillow.

$5 a day for parking and tax on top of that, that was not on booking.com. The bathroom door didn't lock because the door backwards and the bolt lock didn't work either. I'm sure I knew there was no breakfast but the charges were what they had were pretty high. I just went for donuts elsewhere. The shower thing wouldn't go up so it was a shower and bath in one which was very slippery.

The beds were very very comfortable. The location was great, right off the 10 and close to everything. The room was clean and roomy.
