Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe staff,dirty room, charging me after I already paid for the room online cause my bank to think it’s fraud! The lady did not check me in correctly! It states on their website that there’s a pullout couch in the rooms, yet when I got there the lady told me “I’ve been working here for a year and just now finding out that we don’t have pull out couches”. I was moved to 3 different rooms before I finally chose the 4th room. The bathrooms were gross. The 3rd room that she tried to put us in had a tool cart in there as if they were doing maintenance work. The lady was so clueless as to what is happening in the hotel. Was not the best stay at all and will not ever be back!!!

United StatesWorst stay in a property in a long while. Facility was dirty. I pulled the sheets back first night, and there were brown streaks and dirt on the sheets, and worst of all, hair, most likely from a previous guest. Our neighbor in the adjoining room was in and out of the room all night and was bumping music the entire time we were there. He didn't seem like the type of person that would react kindly to a noise co.plaint, nor did staff appear to give a shit about customer service, so we endured. Overall, it's a bad place. Never again.

United StatesThe night we checked in we checked in very late and the pull out where my daughter had to sleep the sheet was filthy so we had to use our comforter from the main bed to put over it because we were all exhausted then in the morning my shower flooded while my wife was showering we used all the towels in the room to cleanse it up so I couldn’t take a shower and I had a super long travel day up ahead and when I call the front desk they didn’t compensate us at all pretty much told us to get over it because we were checking out anyways and said they would have maintenance take a look after we checked out and we stay there pretty often and this is the first time I had a big experience like this.
