United StatesVery dirty. It just seems like a very old and unkept hotel. Pool was closed. It had a tarp over it but you could see the water. Seems like it has been abandoned for years. The firepit area was dirty. The seats were torn and moldy. The room was disgusting. Walls looked like they had been painted with different tones. The carpet was so dirty i disnt feel comfortable removing my socks. Everything in the room seemed old and dirty. The reason I booked there was because of the pictures, it seemed like it would be relaxing to just stroll around the hotel or sit by firepit conversation. Staff was great, but this really looks like a hotel that shouldn't even be open for booking.

United StatesHotel is dated and needs carpet cleaning or carpet replaced. Bed was clean, but bathroom floor had old hairs on it. Due to airplanes flying overhead, room was much noisier than expected. Other reviews had discounted the noise, earplugs likely required.
Close to airport and somewhat safe atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Didn’t eat breakfast but the morning gentleman was exceptionally gracious and made me a gingerbread latte that was better than any one I’ve ever had at Starbucks proper! The evening before we had dinner and the young lady serving made me an exceptional gingerbread latte. The cheeseburgers were good and a great value for the price. The young lady brought our food to the table and was extremely pleasant.

United StatesDrove 4 hours to get here expecting a great stay but as soon as we got there around 6ish we checked in but little did we know the power was out. Nobody informed us that the power would be out so we walked up the stairs to our room to be welcomed to no power in the room which was absolutely crazy. We went back down stairs front desk wasn’t too friendly but we let her know about it she says there is nothing she can do and can refund us our money but we won’t get it back until days later. The power been out since she got there which is 3. It was very unprofessional for the company to not let people know or send the email to let us know the power was out and didn’t know how long it would be. Granted it did come back on about 30 minutes or so but i would’ve appreciated a notice before i paid my money for the stay.

United StatesTV was small. Room coffee wasn’t any good. The lobby coffee was even worse. The STAFF WAS RUDE! Right from the start! We asked for a first floor in our special requests in our reservation, which was at first floor because of our pet 4 year old pup. She put us on the 4th floor. There were hardly any cars in the lot so we knew that there was room for us on the first floor. Could not find the breakfast area so we asked the front desk and she told us that it was in the lobby and said it opens at seven. We were standing in the lobby at the front desk??? It was eight when we asked. So we ended up catching our breakfast at Mac’s. Then rushed to the airport. Would not stay there. It’s not A SO CALLED SELECT HOTEL.
Room was clean and comfortable. That’s it.

Our family spent each night in the lobby relaxed playing games while grabbing supper from the Commons. Our room was pleasant and all the staff was amazing!
