staff working in morning was not friendly. no complementary coffee in lobby. no decent restaurants to walk to. hallway carpets musty and moldy smelling.

We arrived about 4 pm. People sitting around in the lobby waiting for a room. We were told by the desk clerk it would be a 2 hour wait for a room that already had a reservation. When we did get a room and headed upstairs the room had beer cans on the table and bath tub was filthy, door was ajar. We go back down to get another room. If you are looking for breakfast and coffee, it will get paid out of your room hold, nothing free.

the room we were in the shower would not drain, we were moved and then the outlet didn’t work and the shower had the same issue.

Restaurant/bar not operating (main reason why I selected this hotel) and was told that the room I booked and had confirmation for (2 queens handicap accessible w/balcony) didn’t exist. Said only king rooms had balconies and no handicap accessible rooms had balconies. So I ended up getting a 1 king bed room (instead of 2 Queen beds) with a balcony and not handicapped accessible and I had to sleep on the sofa bed instead of a real bed since my elderly parents were with me.

Bathtub did not drain well. Stood in water during shower. No soap at sink. Were told shipment of soap was delayed and to use shower gel in shower to wash hands. Only given 3 sets of towels in a room for five. Definitely not the kind of provisions expected.

Tub drains in the room can be slow and water pressure could be better. I asked maintenance to fix it and they did within 1 day.

I believe they offer breakfast in the lobby. I could never try it bc I’m vegan. HOT water and coffee available until the afternoon. HOT water available on request after that time.

One of the housemen took my coffee cup from the gym without my permission. When I asked him about it he could not tell me why he took it. Housekeeping could be more friendly

Floor was soaking wet and the air conditioner did not work. think it was leaking which is why the floor was wet but the room was very warm and it was uncomfortable to sleep.

After we checked in and got our room keys, we went to our room and discovered the bed sheets had not been changed & there was still trash on the dresser. Obviously the room had not been cleaned from the previous guests so we immediately went back to the front desk and they immediately gave us a new room. The location was okay, right off the interstate but you couldn't walk to anywhere of interest. Driving was essential.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was powerful enough to keep the room nice and cool throughout the hot (90+) weekend. Good water pressure from the shower, too.
